As i became level 80, i got 1 new Maker quest, 4 Leafre quests and 1 World Tour (Xi Men Ding) quest. One quest is important for me, which is the Xi Men Ding quest. It allows me to fight the Night Market boss: Snack Bar. Yeah it has a funny name, but this boss is deadly!

So i went to Henesys and talked to Spinel and said i wanted to visit Xi Men Ding. I hopped on my mount and quickly went to Joo Geul Gun and he gave me a Music Box, he said to me he wanted me to bring it to Judy in Night Market.

So i talked to Judy and gave her the Music Box, and completed it. After i completed it, Judy had another quest available for me...

So Judy told me i had to go to Christine in Night Market. She told me some about a necklace, to proceed with the quest I'll have to visit Grandpa's Fruit Store.

Grandpa's Fruit Store said to me he wanted 50 Orange Mushroom dolls from those Vending Machines, they're quite annoying. They have 2 forms: 1st form is easy to kill and hits you around 160; 2nd form hits you around 360!!

Ka-ching! Quest completed.

Getting 50 Orange Mushroom dolls is a pain in the ass, with such low drop rate. >.< And that for 23.8k EXP, sheeeshhhh!

HOUSTON, Sept. 30 (AP)

The 7-foot-6 center - who turned 28 on Sept. 12 - has missed more than 80 games across the last three seasons with four separate injuries. In 2005-06, he contracted an infection in his left big toe that required surgery, then broke his left foot later. In 2006-07, he broke his right leg. Last February, he broke his left foot in a different place, had surgery and sat out the playoffs.

Yao acknowledges that he has to change something, whether it's his workout routine or the number of minutes he logs in games.

"I need to learn something from the last three years. Seriously,'' Yao said after the Rockets' first practice on Tuesday. "Maybe I need to be careful with my pregame workout or something, lay down a little bit, not get my body too tired before a game. Let's try some new schedules, put my best shape into the game.''

Coach Rick Adelman said he'll carefully monitor Yao's day-to-day schedule and hold him out of segments of practice to keep him fresh. Yao played 37 minutes per game last season and often resisted when Adelman tried to replace him.

"He's such a hard worker, he just runs himself into the ground,'' Adelman said. "He keeps saying he wants to rest, but he never wants to sit out. We're going to try to monitor him as much as we can, be smart in how we use him.''

Yao was averaging 22 points and a career-high 10.8 rebounds when he sustained the stress fracture in his foot on Feb. 26. He recovered enough to play for China at the Olympics, but said his foot was only 70-80 percent healed.

His Houston teammates nervously watched his games in Beijing.

"You cringe because you don't want to see him fall down,'' said point guard Rafer Alston. "And then he falls, and things like that. Then, he's doing an interview, and he falls over a writer or a camera.''

Yao averaged 19 points and 8.2 rebounds in Beijing, leading China to the quarterfinals.

"The Olympics was a very good tryout for me to prepare for the Rockets season,'' he said. "Some Chinese fans probably won't be happy, but that's just being honest. It feels great to come out of the injury. I had a good recovery. I feel fresh and ready for next season.''

Houston assistant coach Jack Sikma made two trips to China - one before the Games and one after - to work individually with Yao. Sikma said Yao has lost about 10 pounds and just needs to regain his game conditioning.

The Rockets acquired Ron Artest and Brent Barry in the offseason and Adelman hopes that the improved versatility will give Yao more chances to rest - and fewer opportunities to get hurt.

Adelman is starting his second season in Houston and also has more confidence now in frontcourt players like Luis Scola, Carl Landry and Chuck Hayes, who can come off the bench to replace Yao. Dikembe Mutombo backed up Yao last season, but Mutombo has yet to sign a new contract.

"I'm very comfortable playing two of those guys together and that would help keep Yao's minutes down,'' Adelman said. "We had to play without him last year and those guys had to play, so I think having a versatility, we have some more things we can go to offensively.''

Until then, Yao said he's not afraid to test his foot and go full-bore in practice to rebuild his stamina.

"The foot feels all right. I can't say it's like brand new, but it's like it's my foot,'' he said. "I can't wait to go, for the first preseason game, the first regular-season game.''

Yao isn't the only Rockets player whose health worries Adelman.

Tracy McGrady said Monday that his left shoulder is arthritic and his left knee is healing slower than expected from surgery in the spring. Alston had surgery to repair ligaments in his right ankle and forward Shane Battier had surgery to remove bone spurs in his left ankle. Battier now has inflammation in his left foot that will keep him out at least four weeks.

"I never had a team where I had four starters have surgery,'' said Adelman, starting his 18th season as a head coach. "That's been one of my major concerns, how these guys are going to come to camp, where they are physically and how we are going to monitor that as we go through this first month.''

I think this sums it up pretty well. We view Enhancement as a melee class that should be wearing melee gear. However, one of the interesting things about the shaman is throwing out some spells with that melee too.

Our view of things is that some smart theorycrafters started wondering if using two fast caster weapons with two flametongue enchants would end up being the right way to go. The way the discussion sort of ended up was "maybe, but it might be close" but a lot of the community took that as a mandate. Or maybe they were just shocked by the supposition because it felt wrong for a melee class.

We agree it feels wrong, so we're doing some tweaks to make it even less likely to be the most optimal set up. If you are saving up badges or arena points or whatever for your enhancement shammy, I would definitely NOT go out and get two fast caster weapons. :)

Here is the question tho....  HOW are they going to fix it.  Currently on beta my rotation is Storm strike- Flame shock-lava lash- then rinse and repet till full Maelstrom Weapon and cast lava burst. Alot of or current dps is based on spells.  So how is blizzard going to get arround this.  Lower the coefecients on our "spells" and increase our WF/white damage.  I like playing as a enhancment shaman but as it stands on beta it is broken in more than one way currently.

Enhancement is not going to be my primary spec at 80 but we all gotta level :)

Y es esta época cuando surgen nuevas bandas y agrupaciones que no hacen otra cosa que infectarnos con sus contagiosos ritmos imposibles de no bailarlos.
La Banda Reflexus´s es una banda que surge en 1987 con súper éxitos como: Madagascar Olodum, Alfabeto Do Negão, y el archi-bailado, Canto Para O Senegal.

Sobre la banda no hay mucho en la red, pero es una agrupación que no puede faltar en nuestra lista de los 80s y 90s.
La voz del grupo era la morena Marinez (click para ver entrevista en estos días), quien despues de un tiempo deja la banda.
Entre los artistas que han tocado junto a Reflexus encontramos al percusionista, arreglador y director de percusión Ramiro  Musotto, quien estubo con las artistas de samba-reggae más famosas de Bahía, desde 1988 hasta 1995: Margareth Menezes y Daniela Mercury.
Ramiro también tocó y grabó samba-reggae con otros artistas de Bahía: Moraes Moreira, Gilberto Gil, Caetano, Ivete Sangalo, Banda Mel, Banda Eva, Cheiro de Amor, Gerônimo, Chiclete com Banana, Armandinho Dodo & Osmar, etc.
Formaron parte de las bandas que dieron origen al género deboche (¨ou ainda fricote, em virtude desta música de Luiz Caldas¨) El deboche/fricote fue el antesesor de la musica axé (ashé), tan popular hoy en día.
A su álbum debut, Da Mãe África (1987), le siguen Serpente Negra (1988), Kabiêssele (1989) y Atlântida (1993). Luego no he encontrado más referentes.

Because EPO use Apache on the port 80, I have tested wsus on a new tcp port in IIS (8530 and 8531 for SSL), I have discovered that wsus seems not very confortable with a least 2 things:

• If wsus install itself in iis using custom port, it put itself in the ‘WSUS Administration’ web site on port 8530
• When running the client diag of wsus on some client, every client complain with some errors (VerifyWUServerURL() failed with hr=0×80072efd). I have finally discovered that it is mainly due to the fact the the ‘SelfUpdate’ service in IIS is not in the Default web site.
• I have also discovered that even if all seems working nice, I still have some errors in the event viewer like 'The DSS Authentication Web Service is not working'

Here are the steps that I have taken to solve my issues:

• Move EPO apache to port other that 86
  • See https://knowledge.mcafee.com/article/579/614037_f.SAL_Public.html for more information about this. Just remember that you will have also to reinstall your client on each computer that connect to your EPO server.
  • At this end of the procedure, remember to delete the file following the procedure found here:
    • Recompile the ePO agent: 
      In Windows Explorer, navigate to: …\Program Files\Network Associates\ePO\3.x.x\DB\Software\Current\EPOAGENT3000\Install409
    • Move the FramePkg.exe and Framework.z files out of this folder to the root of the c: drive.
      NOTE: Once the ePO services are restarted in the next step, the FramePkg.exe and Framework.z files will be recompiled back into this folder.
    • Click Start, Run, type: services.msc right-click on the following services and click Start:
      NOTE: This will create a new FramePkg.exe and Framework.z file.
      McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator 3.x.x Server
      McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator 3.x.x Event Parser
  • Generate a new Framework package using EPO console
  • On each client, update the Framework EPO agent using : FramePkg.exe /Install=agent /ForceInstall /silent
    Note: On some computers, you will have to uninstall the agent before updating it using “C:\Program Files\Network Associates\Common Framework\FrmInst.exe” /forceuninstall”

• Ok now the port 80 is free for IIS.
  • Make sure the value for PortNumber under the “HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Update Services\Server\Setup” key is set to the correct port (the one your WSUS site is on).
  • Make sure that the IIS web site where WSUS is installed is called ‘Default Web Site’
  • Go to your wsus installation (C:\Program Files\Update Services\Tools) and use:
    - wsusutil configure ssl : if you use ssl
    - wsusutil usecustomwebsite false : this will either move your wsus to the ‘Default Web Site’ site in IIS on use port 80 or if you use the ‘true’ option, this will move wsus to the ‘WSUS Administration’ IIS web site on port 8530 port.
• Reconfigure your SSL in IIS
  - On the root ‘Default Web Site’ site in IIS, go in ‘Directory Security’ tab on tell IIS to reuse a certificate that you have already have created.
  - Reconfigure SSL for some folders in IIS, according my previous post.
• Of course, you will have to configure your GPO or registry to reflect the changes.

And finally no more errors!

The entire idea is based around the new talent Fingers of Frost 2/2 - Gives your chill effects a 15% chance to grant you the Fingers of Frost effect, which treats your next 2 spells cast as if the target were frozen. Lasts 15 seconds. This means that whenever that procs, every 1.5 spells in 10, your can spam 2 Ice Lances. They will take advantage of the Shatter 3/3 and Ice Shards 3/3 talents, giving them a 50% + [your base crit chance] to crit, +100% damage of that crit and Ice Lance triples it's damage against frozen targets anyway :D. Along with this Piercing Ice 3/3, Spell Impact 3/3, Arctic Winds 5/5 and Chilled to the bone 5/5 will increase the Ice Lance damage by 22%.

So lets use 161 as the base damage, assuming Fingers of Frost has procced:

161+(500x0.43)=367 Allowing for +500 spell damage

Percentage multipliers: +22%

367x1.22=458.72

A crit makes it 300% damage with Ice Shards

458.72x3=1376.16

Ice lance does triple damage against frozen targets

1376.16x3=4128.48

So the lowest likely crit is over 4K! Doing the same maths with the top end of the base damage gives us a crit of 4414 :D So every time Fingers of Frost procs we get 2 near instant nukes that are possible 4k crits. Laws of averages say 1 of those 2 will be a crit. There's potential for 8k damage in 3 seconds (2667 DPS!), enough to wipe out a couple of mobs halfway through a pull-kill situation. And I gotta say probably epic fun :)

So aside from this lovely little bonus nuke the new talents have the potential to really boost the existing AOE build. The main ones to get excited about are: Cold as Ice - Reduces the cooldown of your Cold Snap, Ice barrier, Deep Freeze and Summon Water Elemental spells by 20%, Improved Water Elemental 3/3 - Increases the duration of your Summon Water Elemental spell by 15 sec and your Water Elemental restores mana to all party or raid members within 100 yds an amount equal to 0.6% of their total mana every 5 secs, and Chilled to the Bone 5/5 - Increases the damage caused by your Frostbolt, Frostfire Bolt and Ice Lance spells by 5% and reduces the movement speed of all chilled targets by an additional 10%.

So even faster cooldowns, you should never be caught without a survival mechanism again. Longer water elemental, therefor more DPS and an extra Frost Nova for more of the time. But best of all -10% extra to chilled targets movement speed. Improved Blizzard -65%, Permafrost -10% and now Chilled to the Bone -10%. Thats 85% slower mobs :D

As well as all that Student of the Mind is a 10% increase to spirit, making our 60% mana regen while casting even bigger (Mage Armor + Arcane Mediation).

The really great thing I feel about this build is that even with all the points spent on the Fingers of Frost - Ice Lance combo, which some might argue isn't worth it except for entertainment value, there is nothing missing from the AOE build including  the new talents to boost it AND we no longer have to sacrifice all of our single target DPS for the AOE ability. It's not the best possible build to hit a single target with Frost, but it looks pretty good.

Edit: Been working on fitting Torment the Weak 3/3 in somehow for the extra 6% damage against snared targets. Since your mobs should always be chilled this would always be in effect. However I can only seem to work it in at the expense of 20% of my Cone of Cold's damage and still be missing a point from Chilled to the Bone. So overall damage percentage increase on Ice Lance up from 22% to 27% but 20% weaker Cone of Cold's and 83% slower instead of 85%. Testing required to see which is better. Je dois avouer bien humblement que Desjardins est le premier personnage public, dans cette campagne électorale, à ramener sur le tapis la fameuse Loi sur la clarté, que Stéphane Dion, alors ministre responsable de l'unité canadienne, sous Jean Chrétien, a fait adopter suite au référendum de 1995, dont les résultats serrés ont effarouché tout l'establishment libéral, ainsi que la majorité des fédéralistes.  Il est vrai que plusieurs québécois ont encore cette loi de travers dans la gorge, et entendent bien lui en faire payer le prix.

Un autre passage m'a, quant à lui, fait bien rire.  Desjardins dit que "Ceux qui sont tannés d'entendre parler «social, environnemental, culturel» et qui se sentaient un peu coincés dans cette gang de sciences humaines pas d'maths, eh bien, ils vont se défouler."  Je présume qu'il parle de ceux que je tenterais de décrire comme étant la majorité silencieuse, ceux qui commencent à en avoir assez des demandes de la go-gauche socialisante, qui coûtent plutôt cher, compte tenu de ce qu'elles rapportent.  Desjardins tenterait-il de leur remettre "le nez dans leur caca", avec ce qu'il écrit par la suite, entre parenthèses, à savoir que "En fait, tout a commencé avec la publication du fameux code de vie d'Hérouxville qui interdit la lapidation des femmes adultères mais ne semble pas proscrire l'inceste. Ni les coupes à blanc, ni les mégaporcheries."  Peut-être que ce code de vie a déclenché bien des choses, mais j'ai l'impression que le rapprochement que fait Desjardins, entre les gens qui ont autre chose à penser que les artistes, et l'absurdité du code de vie d'Hérouxville, est un couteau à deux tranchants; si d'un côté il dénonce le fait qu'une certaine droite, sans foi ni loi (quoi que c'est plutôt le contraire est normalement associé à la droite), est ressortie de toute l'affaire des accommodements raisonnables, de l'autre côté, il risque de laisser croire que la majorité silencieuse ne comprend rien à rien (comme si les gens n'étaient pas capables de comprendre le sens réel du code de vie d'Hérouxville), ce qui donnerait, comme résultat, que toute cette partie de la population pourrait se sentir insultée par un tel rapprochement.  Cette insulte pourrait même se confirmer davantage pour les plus croyants, parmi cette majorité silencieuse, compte tenu de l'attaque que Desjardins fait envers le clergé, dans le paragraphe qui suit, dans sa lettre.

Le chanteur tente ensuite une image choc en disant que "la droite décomplexée, ça sort la strap."  Il donne ensuite des exemples.  "Ça met en prison pour la vie des kids de quatorze ans qui ont perdu la tête à un moment donné."  Peut-être que si c'était ses propres parents, qui étaient lâchement assassinés par ledit kid de quatorze ans, il voudrait peut-être le voir en prison à vie, lui aussi.  "Ça laisse un ressortissant juvénile canadien se faire juger en cour martiale américaine à Guantanamo."  Faudrait-il d'abord spécifier de quoi le ressortissant juvénile canadien est accusé, au juste; peut-être que la cour martiale américaine à Guantanamo est le meilleur endroit pour le juger, selon les gestes qu'on lui reproche.  La question, c'est que dans plusieurs pays, dont le Canada, la justice a fait preuve de largesse envers de nombreux individus, au point que plusieurs proches de victimes disent que la justice est plus clémente pour les accusés que pour leurs victimes.  C'est ben beau, de laisser une chance à un accusé, afin qu'il puisse refaire sa vie dans le droit chemin, mais avec le temps, beaucoup de repris de justice ont profité de ces largesses, et il faut donc donner un coup de barre dans l'autre sens, afin de ramener un peu plus de fermeté, dans la justice.

Évidemment, on se doutait bien que Desjardins allait revenir sur l'affaire des "Artisses", puisqu'il en fait lui-même partie.  Comme tous les autres, il "oublie" de mentionner que les 45 millions$ coupés font partie d'un budget beaucoup plus vaste, qui varie entre 2,1 et 3,2 milliards$, selon les sources.  On pourrait peut-être lui rappeler que les 20% des artistes qui font plus de 20,000$ par année (compte tenu que 80% d'entre-eux font moins de 20,000$, il faut donc croire que l'autre 20% fait plus, et même beaucoup plus, pour certains) pourraient peut-être contribuer davantage, que ce soit en temps, en argent, ou autrement, à la formation des artistes de la relève, au sein des écoles de formation "qui passent à la trappe", comme le dit Desjardins lui-même.  Il tente un autre rapprochement, cette fois avec l'achat d'hélicoptères militaires, laissant croire que ces hélicos ne servent qu'en temps de guerre.  Lors de sauvetages maritimes, par exemple, les hélicoptères actuels de l'armée canadienne ne sont plus vraiment fiables, et un jour ou l'autre, il faut bien les remplacer.  Tout comme Desjardins doit bien remplacer sa voiture, de temps en temps.

Si l'armée canadienne a comme mission d'aller rétablir la démocratie, en Afghanistan, c'est parce que les afghans en ont fait la demande, et que le Canada est membre de l'ONU, et de l'OTAN, donc qu'il doit faire sa part, là-bas.  Si nous ne sommes pas au Soudan, au Zimbabwe, en Arabie Saoudite, en Birmanie, en Chine ou en Russie, c'est probablement parce que ces pays n'en ont pas fait la demande.

Ensuite, Desjardins entremêle l'économie, les jobs, l'environnement, et le contrôle étranger d'entreprises canadiennes, dans un genre de labyrinthe à travers lequel une chatte y perdrait ses petits.  C'est quoi, le rapport, entre la pollution causée par l'extraction massive du pétrole bitumineux de l'Alberta, et le contrôle étranger d'une fonderie de cuivre de son coin de pays?  Pourrait-il comprendre que sans ces intérêts étrangers, les entreprises en question seraient peut-être fermées, aujourd'hui?  Pourrait-il admettre que sans des contrôles fermes des dépenses gouvernementales, on pourrait dire, comme lui-même l'a fait dans l'un de ses propres spectacles, qu'à cause de la récession économique actuelle, la lumière, au bout de tunnel, est fermée jusqu'à nouvel ordre?

C'est facile de dire, à propos de Harper, "Bloquons lui la route et construisons la nôtre. Malgré le PQ, complètement perdu dans son suicide."  Mais justement.  Ta route, Desjardins, elle consiste en quoi?  Si tu as une meilleure idée de ce qu'il faut faire, pourquoi tu ne mets pas ta face sur des pancartes, à Rouyn-Noranda, dans l'espace laissé vacant par les libéraux?  Pourquoi ne fais-tu pas le saut en politique?  Avec tous les contacts que tu as su tisser, au fil des ans, tu aurais certainement de quoi faire une organisation du tonnerre, non?  Si tu crois que le chemin des conservateurs n'est pas le bon, dans quoi veux-tu embarquer le peuple québécois?  Dans le bloc?  Ça fait 18 ans que ça dure, et depuis l'arrivée des conservateurs, le Québec commence à peine à reprendre sa respiration, au niveau économique.  La situation actuelle a besoin d'un coup de barre vers la droite, afin de revenir sur la bonne voie.  Et ce n'est définitivement pas Richard Desjardins qui va le donner.

Alors, si le chanteur de l'Abitibi veut barrer le chemin à Harper, lundi soir à 17 heures, au Forestel, à Val-d'Or, il ne doit pas compter sur moi.  Pas parce que je refuse de faire les 6 heures et 4 minutes, et les 525 kilomètres, qui séparent ma résidence du lieu dit, selon Google Maps; j'habiterais en-face que je n'irais pas plus.
