Fellow stache supporters, I'm proud to announce that this year will be growing for Donors Choose, a fantastic charity that will keep our funds local while allowing individual growers to determine where their hard won donations will go. Here's a little blurb about them:

"DonorsChoose.org was born in the teachers' lunchroom of a Bronx public high school where Charles Best, our founder, taught social studies for five years. He and his fellow teachers were spending lots of their own money on basic supplies but still seeing their students go without the books, art supplies, field trips, and other resources needed for a rigorous education. So they started a nonprofit website where any public school teacher can post a resource request for their students, and donors from all walks of life can choose the projects they want to support.
Teachers' requests range from basic stuff like "Dictionaries for my Classroom" ($200) to really imaginative ideas like "Therapeutic Horseback Riding for my Disabled Students" ($800). Check out our search page and you can see that there are lots of live requests in your communities and/or projects that match a personal interest, like yoga, baseball, autism, or Dr. Seuss.
Your mustache sponsors can give as little as $5 to the classroom project of their choice, and 100% of their donations go to the projects. Then they get a thank-you letter and photographs from the students and teacher they (and YOU) supported!"

If that isn't enough for you, check out the site at DonorsChoose.org. If you do, you my notice a small button in the upper right corner that Mustches for Kids '08. That's right, Donors Choose is all over this hairy fundraiser like beer foam on a sweet stache.

On Friday I received another package of wonderful donations.

When this lady contacted me she said "I'm not the best knitter in the world" well, these girlie cardigans are just adorable especially the wrap around ones. It was also lovely to get a complete blanket and the hats are really useful right now. Thank you so much.

For those of you who really are not very good at knitting your donations are still very much needed and appreciated.

Before students can begin an educational journey on the internet, computer stations are needed. Since not every school can afford the latest technology, building a computer lab may be difficult.

Luckily, there are organizations that teachers can contact to receive refurbished and recycled computers for classroom use. Computers for the Classroom and Computers for Schools are two of these non-profit organizations that aim to provide a low-cost alternative for achieving technology in the classroom.

What do these organizations do?

Basically, these two organizations accept donated computers from corporations and homes across the country. They then refurbish them, clean them up, and then sell them at a low price to schools

What comes with the computer?

Computers for Schools installs a Windows based operating system on each computer, as well as a few basic applications, like a word-processor and spreadsheets.

Each computer comes with a mouse, keyboard, and a monitor. Sometimes there are offers that allow you to purchase a printer as part of the package deal.

If you're interested in purchasing an inexpensive computer for your classroom, it’s definitely worth it to check out their websites for all the details.

This is a transcript of the second in a series of videos about Tillie Black Bear - the executive director and one of the founders of the White Buffalo Calf Woman Society (WBCWS).

For 31 years, the WBCWS has served the Lakota Sioux Rosebud Reservation in Mission, SD.

Black Bear spoke to the Northern Michigan University 2008 Uniting Neighbors in the Experience of Diversity (UNITED) Conference on September 23, 2008.

This is the second of several videos about her talk in the Great Lakes Room of the NMU University center and informal discussion that followed.

Tillie Black Bear:

"When we look at who we are as woman. We really have to look at where we come from as woman."

I always encourage women from other tribes to take a look at where they were before - pre-European contact. What belonged to women

Tribal women, we had rights. We owned property. We had our children with us. Our children belonged to the women.

With the impact of colonization, those rights were skewed.
Because we had our white sisters coming from Europe who were the property of the men. And the children were the property of men, as well.

So you had this group of people coming and interfacing with tribal women all across Turtle I sland. Whether it was the eastern coast or the western coast. And what they found there was (tribal) women who owned property.

What was written about tribal women by the explorers, the priests, by the churches was they depicted this image of - if you close you eyes and imagine whats your image of an Indian woman - we were portrayed as we had this thing on our back and we were towing something. We had like wood or we were towing something somewhere. Or else either that we were standing by a big black pot cooking."

"If you could do a paradigm shift to that idea - that the woman who had that stuff on her back - that was her property. It was what she owned. And she was carrying it somewhere.
That big black pot belonged to her.

In our culture as Lakota Sioux women - the teepee that we had was the womens domain. It was our teepee. And what went on inside that teepee was our responsibility.

Today we are real fortunate as tribal women that we dont have to set up those big 16-foot teepees anymore. Our brothers, our male relatives are the ones who learn how to set up for us the three poles and then bringing in the next poles until you have 12 poles that are standing up.

Our brothers do that today so we have been ind of spoiled as women because we dont have to do this anymore. In our tribe, can you imagine women - they would have contests to see how fast women could put up these teepees.

Within our tribe there might be two or three sets of women who could do it (now). I certainly couldnt do it and not have my brothers there, my males relatives, to come and help me.

Tribal women were responsible for that task. She owned that. It belonged to her.

If you look at who you are today as a women, what are the rights that you have, especially our white sisters, where did that come from?

About 20 years ago feminist historians began to have the eyes to see where suffrages like Matilda Joslyn Gage, Susan B. Anthony - where they got their ideas from about womens equality. It was from the Iroquois nation because a majority of those suffrages women have been adopted by the clan mothers.

"So they began to get their ideas about womens rights and they adopted many of their ideas about womens equality from those clan sisters from the Iroquois Nation.

So when we work today for equality for women, I work for tribal women to reclaim that equality that existed for us prior to colonization.

For our white sisters, I work for equality for them.

In todays world for tribal women, its pretty confusing because many of our male relatives have adopted those ways of our white male relatives in how they beat women - how they beat women today.

So I always encourage women, especially tribal women, to go back to the day that we were before that contact - pre-colonization.
How was it for Turtle Island women and all over Canada and Mexico.
We find that women definitely had rights.

Sociologist Susan Fletcher wrote a lot about what was happening to the Indian people in the 1860s there especially in South Dakota.

Fletcher went to Fort Randall where Chief Sitting Bull was being held and incarcerated.

One of his wives came in with wood and she was stoking up this fire, warming up the fire, in the tent where he was held

Fletcher said:

Is there anything youth think I could help you with and he (Sitting Bull) looked at her and said.

By me signing the treaties our Indian womens lives are going to change.
I want you to look out and write about our Indian women.

Sitting Bull took off a ring and gave it to her to do that.

This Chief Sitting Bull from Standing Rock knew what was going to happen to us as tribal women when he signed those treaties. The treaty of Fort Laramie was signed in 1868

Sister of man doing Crazy Horse monument came to Crow Creek on their honeymoon.
She was standing there with a group of tribal women and one of them gave a horse away.

She said: Shouldnt you ask your husband?

And the tribal woman said: My husband why? The horse belongs to me

The woman said: I forgot who I was talking to.

Property belonged to us and it was ours to give or to keep.

The many of the treaties between the U.S. and American Indian tribes were written by men not used to women with power or rights.

They came from a background where only men were in positions of power.
Only men signed treaties. Only men were in Congress.

They only wanted men in leadership positions.

If you look at the Irquois Nation. The clam mothers picked who would represent their clan. They had a process of nurturing a male to get to that point. There were things that this man could not do in order for him to be in a leadership position for the Iroquois Nation.

Black Bears visit was coordinated by the NMU Center for Native American Studies and the non-profit Turtle Island Project in Munising, Michigan.

The Turtle Island Project (TIP) has held several concerts and other events to raises funds for the WBCWS. TIP Director Rev. Dr. Lynn Hubbard travels several times a year to the Rosebud Reservation.

Black Bear was greeted by Dr. Judith Puncochar, an NMU Professor and an organizer of the annual UNITED Conference.

Tillie Black Bear was introduced by Grace Chaillier, an NMU Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Center for Native American Studies and a registered member of the Sicangu Lakota band of the Rosebud Sioux - the same tribe as Black Bear.

Please watch the other Turtle Island Project videos on Tillie Black Bear's talk in northern Michigan.

Black Bear addresses the Lakota teen suicide crisis, domestic violence, people respecting people and many other important issues.

The Qur’an says: : And be steadfast in your prayer and pay clarity; whatever good you send for

The Qur'an says: : And be steadfast in your prayer and pay clarity; whatever good you send forth for your future, you shall find it with Allah, for Allah is well aware of what you do." (2:110)

Miserly people think that their money will decrease or that they will become poor by giving money to charity; but our belief says the contrary. Remember the Qur'an: "The likeness of those who spend their wealth in the way of Allah, is as the likeness of a grain that sprouts seven spikes. In every spike there are 100 grains, and Allah multiplies for whom He will. Allah's will is embracing, all-knowing." (2:261)

The basic concepts in understanding Islamic philanthropy are:

1. Charity has to be from lawfully earned money; there is no concept of Robin Hood- like acts in Islam.

2. The concept of ownership of wealth in Islam is that all wealth, after necessary personal and family expenses, belongs to Allah. It is up to the individual to decide how much of this excess wealth he should give back to the cause of Allah; if lie does not give some of it, then it is claimed by Satan.

3. All philanthropy should be for the pleasure of Allah alone.
There are two types of Islamic charity:

There is zakah, which is obligatory, and is the right of the poor over the wealth of the rich, which amounts to 2.5% of the year's savings. The other is sadaqah, or voluntary charity, which depends on need and the amount of excess wealth. The word "zakah" itself means "purification", and the purpose is to purify legally earned wealth.

Charity should not be used as a tax shelter or to win personal recognition, but only for the love of Allah. "To spend of your substance out of love for Him - to your kin, orphans, the needy, the wayfarer, those who ask and for freeing slaves." (2:l77)

One of the reasons some Muslims cannot come up with charity is that they are not sure to whom the masjid belongs. Does it belong to the donors, to the officials of the organization, or to the users? There need not be doubts because a masjid belongs to all; but mostly it is the house of Allah - and He has given it for our use, so we must pay the rent. On a larger scale, a masjid belongs to the whole Muslim community.

The problems before Muslim fund-raisers are:

1. How to motivate people to open their hearts and their wallets?

2. Should the name of the donor and the amount of the donation be announced publicly?

3. If the names are announced should it be just for disclosure or should they be placed in a sort of competition with one another for personal glory?

4. Should they be given an incentive, like a gift or a lottery ticket?

1. Motivation. "Your wealth, your children, are only a temptation, whereas to be with Allah is an immense reward. So keep your duty to Allah as best as you can, and listen and obey and spend, That is better for your soul, and whosoever is saved from his own greed is the one who is successful. If you lend to AlIah a goodly loan, He will double it for you and will forgive you, for Allah is the Responsive Element." (64:15-17)

Sometimes we do not want to part with our wealth due to love of our family and children - so that they might not suffer from poverty; but if we know that it is Allah Who is the Provider for all of them, we should not worry. Therefore, Allah asks us to send good deeds like this for the future before we reach it. It is like putting money in a savings account in this world and cashing it in the next world, multiplied many times.

2. Disclosure vs. secrecy. "If you disclose the act of charity, even so it is well; but if you conceal it and make it reach those who are really in need, that is best for you. It will remove from you some of your stains of wrongdoing, and Allah is well acquainted with what you do." (2:171)

If the charity is for a public cause, it must be known and concealment itself may be a fault of the official. The harm of publicity lies in the motive of ostentation (showing-off). When charity is to be given to an individual, it is better that it be given secretly.

According to http://dictionary.law.com, cy pres doctrine originates from the French meaning "as close as possible." Wikipedia notes that as "as near as possible" or "as near as may be."

The concept allows for distribution of funds in class actions where it is not possible to determine actual damages, when plaintiffs fail to collect the award or when fund recipients cannot be located. Under the cy pres doctrine, courts order these unclaimed funds to be put to the next best use for the benefit of the class and may approve a charitable donation to an entity whose work indirectly benefits members of the class.

The South Carolina Access to Justice Commission's purpose is to improve access to justice for all South Carolinians. The Foundation's mission is to fund the advancement of justice by improving access, education and accountability.

The governments are scrambling to rectify the economic disaster first off we have to find where the money has gone and what happened to it , then rectify the problem - the fund that has been drained out should go back in to the countries it was drained from , not as a donation but as an extended loan or as direct investments causing an influx in to the drained countries .Fifty to Eighty percent must be brought back in to the exploited countries .

Cheap alternative energy sources will be discovered in 10-15 years , it will be mainly from solar energy and Hydrogen energy .

In that very near future Oil will be the third source of energy It will be Solar ,Hydrogen and then Crude Oil and Crude oil will assume the current position and demand of coal .

Regards .

Alzheimer’s disease is a brain disorder named for German physician Alois Alzheimer, who first described it in 1906. Scientists have learned a great deal about Alzheimer’s disease in the century since Dr. Alzheimer first drew attention to it. Alzheimer’s Disease is a progressive and fatal disease which affects 5 million Americans currently living with the disease. Alzheimer's destroys brain cells, causing problems with memory, thinking and behavior severe enough to affect work, lifelong hobbies or social life. Alzheimer’s gets worse over time, and it is fatal. Today it is the sixth-leading cause of death in the United States. Alzheimer’s Disease is the most common form of dementia, a general term for the loss of memory and other intellectual abilities serious enough to interfere with daily life. Vascular dementia, another common type of dementia, is caused by reduced blood flow to parts of the brain. Currently there is no cure for Alzheimer’s Disease; however, with the right services and support provided by the Alzheimer’s Association people who are living with dementia can lead much improved lives.

Fish has long been known as brain food. Now, with the extensive studies of the Omega-3 fatty acids, it has been shown that the essential fatty acid can reduce plaque and tangles in the brain, reduce the risk of dementia and possibly stall Alzheimer’s disease. Omega-3 fatty acids are not a single nutrient, but a collection of several, including eicosapentaenic acid (EPA) and docosahexanoic acid (DHA). Omega-3 fatty acids are considered an essential nutrient, and are not biologically manufactured by the body. For this reason, you must obtain Omega-3 fatty acids from food. Omega-3 fatty acids can be found in fish, such as salmon, tuna, and halibut, other marine life such as algae and krill, certain plants, and nut oils. Coldwater fish – especially salmon – have the greatest abundance of the Omega-3 fatty acids, and that is the reason experts say most of us are deficient in the nutrient. Omega-3’s have also been shown to help combat other mental disorders, heart disease, Osteoporosis, certain cancers, arthritis, and help in the function of the lungs.

The natural link between preventative health and Alaska Smokehouse smoked salmon drives this opportunity to donate to the Alzheimer’s Association. Smoked Salmon products and Gift Baskets can be purchased from www.alaskasmokehouse.com.

My Aunt taught me to knit when I was about seven or eight so it was really lovely to get a suprise parcel of 3 baby cardigans and a little jumper from her. My Aunt is a perfectionist, so as usual these little things are beautifully made; with even knitwork and perfect seams etc. Four little babies will be very warm and snug!

Power cuts and Duck tape

1st point: Power cuts

We just had dinner, during an hour long power cut. Cooking as well as dining took place in candle as well as laptop light. Yes, laptop light; the Generation Y’s oil lamp. As soon as I finished my last sweet carrot, the light came back on and we could continue to watch our precious Friends on Star World.

The power cuts continued today and when our generator decided to give in, we ourselves literally powerless for six hours. Our internet got majorly screwed up because of the frequent breaks in electricity. When our power finally got back at 6om today, I finally had a chance to upload some of the photos from the wedding on Saturday, in the post yesterday.

2nd point: Duck tape

Kevin and I had earlier decided to decorate our classrooms by allowing the children to draw posters. We bought colourful tape to stick the posters on the wall and the remaining tape came to great use today when the other children taped poor little Mjau Mjau to a bench. He really enjoyed it though! Little Mjau Mjau’s real name is Chaneta although everyone calls him Pich; I found this out when I was reading through the profiles that CDCC have on all their children with information about their parents and their situation before coming to CDCC. It s truly moving and in the same way horrible to read about some of the children who have lost both of their parents in HIV/AIDS and then being forced to pick garbage in order to afford food. Most of the children made around 50 cents a day which is well below the poverty line set by the UN with 2US$ a day. These children, are now my students.

Please make a donation to CDCC! This will allow Kevin and I to take the children on a trip to the waterpark which they have said they love. Any donation will be gladly accepted.

By Connie Hougland

Through their non-cash giving services, SCCF and iDonate have facilitated non-cash gifts totaling $40,000* to 34 ministry funds in the last 4 months!

As you are well aware, the realities of our struggling economy means nonprofits are facing a challenging fundraising climate. Nonprofits are going to need to rethink and re-energize their development strategies. As the checkbook continues to take the direct hits – whether it’s at the gas station or the supermarket – people are looking for alternatives to cash giving.

With challenge comes opportunity. The challenges of a cash tight economy call us to look beyond the checkbook for creative giving opportunities.

That’s why we are here! We desire to help you expand how giving is done. By opening the door to non-cash giving, nonprofits have the opportunity to provide donors a creative outlet to invest in things they care about. Many times the value of the non-cash gift is larger than that of a typical cash gift. In essence, nonprofits have the opportunity to grow a givers capacity to give through non-cash giving.

Non-cash giving opportunities include:

Publicly Traded Stock

Autos / Trucks

Boats / RVs

Collectibles

Gold, Silver, Jewelry

Timeshares

Business Inventory

Real Estate

Business Interests

Estate Gifts

Recent example:

As a result of having non-cash giving opportunities part of their website, one ministry has received hits from Chicago and elsewhere resulting in business inventory gift offerings (vending machines and an electrical inventory) worth potentially up to six figures!

We’d love to chat about how we can help. If you would like to discuss non-cash giving options for your ministry please contact us at 913-310-0279 or email me

* This amount does not include gifts resulting from timeshare or securities donations.

A new national campaign has been launched with the aim of reminding all of us to consider donating our time, talent or treasure to a charitable cause.

The Thanks & Giving Campaign, launched by Imagine Canada in partnership with CanadaHelps.org, Maclean’s magazine and Investors Group, encourages families to start a new Thanksgiving tradition and reflect on which charities matter to them.

Volunteers are the life-blood of any organization, and this also holds true for Science North. Science Centre volunteers dedicate their time in order to ensure that every person who enters our door enjoys a wonderful visitor experience.

Private and public sector donors also play a key role in the enhancement and renewal of experiences within our Science Centre. Science North is a non-profit, registered charitable organization, and relies heavily on the financial support of the community to maintain vibrant and changing exhibits and programming on an ongoing basis.

There are many ways to give that not only help create ongoing learning experiences, but also contribute to your own personal and financial goals.

A small monthly gift can help feed the animals at Science North or bring in butterfly pupae from around the world. A Named Giving contribution is a beautiful way to honour the memory of a loved one, or to have your own family name endure in perpetuity.

Science North and its educational programs significantly benefit the community and all of Northern Ontario, and will serve generations to come.

“It’s my favourite place! My grandchildren were educated at Science North, so whenever special events come up, I like to give back. Five of my grandchildren have their picture on a butterfly in support of the F. Jean MacLeod Butterfly Gallery, and my son’s name is on a brick at Dynamic Earth. I’m also hoping to make a donation in honour of Science North’s upcoming 25th anniversary.”
Emmy Frank, Science North volunteer for nearly 12 years

If you would like to join the Thanks & Giving tradition visit thanksandgiving.ca and donate to Science North, or any other chosen cause, through Canada’s online giving portal CanadaHelps.org.

For more information about Science North visit sciencenorth.ca.

As a follow up to the information I provided in my earlier post about the FEC complain the RNC has filed against the Obama campaign for illegal fundraising, here comes CBS with new information on new illegal and unidentified donors!

CBS News has learned that two donors to the Obama campaign that gave a total of $7,722 appear to have made their contributions under fake names that look like they were written by a mouse running across a keyboard: Dahsudhu Hdusahfd of Df, Hawaii with the following employer CZXVC/ZXVZXV and Uadhshgu Hduadh listed as living in Dhff, Florida listed their employer as DASADA/SAFASF.

CBS News did not find any records of these last names, towns or employers anywhere else. Newsweek reported two questionable Obama donors over the weekend named “Doodad Pro” and “Good Will”.

Contributions from the two donors Hdusahfd and Hduadh were made on the same day starting on July 16, 2008. Federal Election Commission (FEC) records show the campaign began refunding the donations as early as August 6, 2008.

Despite numerous refunds from the Obama campaign, Hdusahfd still has a record of giving a total of $7500 to Obama which is well over the legal limit for the primary and general election of $4600.

Because the Obama campaign did not have any checks or security verification questions on their websites to guarantee that the donors were eligible US citizens, the suspicion is that many of these donors are foreign nationals.

On the donation screen, the address section provided a drop down for donors to choose between all of the countries currently admitted to the United Nations.

This stands in stark contrast to the fundraising efforts of both Hillary Clinton and John McCain who require that a donor in a foreign country fax in a copy of their passports to prove that they were eligible to donate.

The Obama campaign took no such precautions. Not even close.

Up to half of Obama's fundraising to date has come from so called "small donors" who, under current FEC law, do not have to disclose their personal information or have to be indentified by the campaign. The only reason that some of these irregularities are being caught is because the small donors are donating a totality of large amounts, but in small increments.

As I showed in my previous post, more than a few even listed their addresses in places like Iran, Gaza, Syria, UK, and the like.

Who are these donors named "dasuiohjehnhreiawhio?" Where are they from if not "diashklne?"

We may never know.

I love this idea and had to pass it on:

Instead of (in addition to?) us all sending around emails about her, let's all make a donation to Planned Parenthood in Sarah Palin's name. Here's the good part: when you make a donation to PP in her name, they'll send her a card telling her that the donation has been made in her honor. Here's the link to the Planned Parenthood website:

https://secure.ga0.org/02/pp10000_inhonor=C 2

Be sure to use the pulldown menu for honorary or memorial donations, rather than just 'donate online'.
You'll need to fill in the address to let PP know where to send the "in Sarah Palin's honor" card. I suggest you use the address for the McCain campaign headquarters, which is:

McCain for President
1235 S. Clark Street
1st Floor
Arlington , VA 22202

From WaPo

A lawyer for the Republican National Committee today said the party will ask the Federal Election Commission to look into the source of thousands of small-dollar contributions to the presidential campaign of Sen. Barack Obama.

The RNC is alleging that the Obama campaign was so hungry for donations it "looked the other way" as contributions piled up from suspicious, and possibly even illegal foreign donors....

Cairncross alleged there was mounting evidence of this, and cited a report in the current issue of Newsweek magazine that documents a handful of instances where donors made repeated small donations using fake names, such as "Good Will" and "Doodad Pro."

The Newsweek report says that earlier this year the Obama campaign returned $33,000 to two Palestinian brothers in the Gaza Strip who had bought T-shirts in bulk from the campaign's online store -- purchases that count as campaign contributions. The brothers had listed their address as "Ga.," which the campaign took to mean Georgia rather than Gaza....

At the heart of the RNC complaint is a federal fundraising rule that lets campaigns accept donations under $200 without itemizing the names and addresses of the donors on its campaign finance reports. The rule was intended as a matter of practicality -- it did not seem reasonable to ask a campaign to gather that information from every five-dollar donor.

But the Obama campaign has raised more than $200 million this way, a staggering sum for donations that will not be subjected to outside scrutiny.

There have been several articles about this on the JustSayNoDeal blogs for a good while now, and I am happy to hear that the RNC has decided to take action...

The responses and statements out of the Obama camp on how diligent they really are about ensuring the legitimacy... The details of the Nigerian scheme from the BBC

Nigerian anti-graft investigators have seized money raised by the head of the Nigerian Stock Exchange to support US presidential candidate Barack Obama.

The EFCC said it had seized 74m naira ($630,000, £314,000)....

US political parties are not allowed to receive contributions from abroad....

The money was going to be spent on adverts encouraging Nigerians in the US to vote for Mr Obama....

"We paid for the hall and the entertainers and the surplus, we said would be spent on advertisements aimed at persuading Nigerians to tell their relatives in America to register to vote.

"There is not one Nigerian who doesn't have a relative or friend in America. Our aim was to encourage those people to tell their family who have the right to vote in America to vote for Obama."

Super... essentially foreign 527's running campaign ads in the US... Love that.

And from Newsmax comes the story of Will, Good and Pro, Doodad... who both work for "Loving You."

More than half of the whopping $426.9 million Barack Obama has raised has come from small donors whose names the Obama campaign won't disclose.

Unlike the McCain campaign, which has made its complete donor database available online, the Obama campaign has not identified donors for nearly half the amount he has raised, according to the Center for Responsive Politics (CRP)... Surprisingly, the great majority of Obama donors never break the $200 threshold.

“Contributions that come under $200 aggregated per person are not listed,” said Bob Biersack, a spokesman for the FEC. “They don’t appear anywhere, so there’s no way of knowing who they are....”

The FEC breakdown of the Obama campaign has identified a staggering $222.7 million as coming from contributions of $200 or less. Only $39.6 million of that amount comes from donors the Obama campaign has identified....

A Newsmax analysis of the 1.4 million individual contributions in the latest master file for the Obama campaign discovered 1,000 separate entries for Mr. Good Will, most of them for $25.

Mr. Good Will listed his employer as “Loving” and his profession as “You...” In total, Mr. Good Will gave $17,375.

Similarly, a donor identified as “Pro, Doodad,” from “Nando, NY,” gave $19,500 in 786 separate donations, most of them for $25. For most of these donations, Mr. Doodad Pro listed his employer as “Loving” and his profession as “You,” just as Good Will had done.... Doodad’s cumulative contributions since the beginning of the campaign were $10,965.

Then there are the foreigners contributing to Obama... Also From Newsmax

The FEC has compiled a separate database of potentially questionable overseas donations that contains more than 11,500 contributions totaling $33.8 million. More than 520 listed their “state” as “IR,” often an abbreviation for Iran. Another 63 listed it as “UK,” the United Kingdom.

More than 1,400 of the overseas entries clearly were U.S. diplomats or military personnel, who gave an APO address overseas. Their total contributions came to just $201,680.

But others came from places as far afield as Abu Dhabi, Addis Ababa, Beijing, Fallujah, Florence, Italy, and a wide selection of towns and cities in France....

A pair of Palestinian brothers named Hosam and Monir Edwan contributed more than $31,300 to the Obama campaign in October and November 2007, FEC records show.

The indication is that nearly HALF of the money Obama has raised could be tainted... that sure would explain his incredible record breaking fundraising month after month, wouldn't it?
