<p>Empezemos por un vídeo de Cypress Hill titulado "Can't Get The Best of Me". Aparte de que es un temazo, lo que es el vídeo en sí me mola porque me chanan las películas de ostias y aquí se ven unas cuantas...</p>

<p>El siguiente es un vídeo de Good Charlotte, "Keep Your Hands Off My Girl", que en nuestro país sonó bastante como melodía de un anuncio de Garrafone. Me mola porque es una canción muy chula, no de chulo de que mole, que también, sino de chulo de que como te sobres te parto la piñata cabrXXazo!!! </p>

<p>Y para acabar, el tema central de la BSO de Hellboy II: El Eército Dorado, de mano de los alemanes Rammstein. La canción se llama "Mein Hertz Brennt", y he puesto un vídeo con imágenes del "Señor de los Anillos", porque es una canción que sólo se me viene un término para describirla: "EPICA". Le viene como polla al culo.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Dessa Ostmuffins provade jag på att göra häromdagen. Om du vill ha starkare ostsmak så använer du en lagrad ost helst. Jag testade att lägga in lite skinkstrimlor och pizzakrydda på några och på några andra en krydda från Aromia som hetter Gratäng Cheddar. Dom finns också med på bilden. Med andra ord...det är bara din fantasi som sätter gränser. Använd gärna en muffinsform som stöd. Här kommer grundreceptet:</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Ostmuffins, 15-18 st</span></strong></p>
<p>3 1/2 dl vetemjöl, 2 tsk bakpulver, 75 g margarin, 3 dl riven ost, 2 ägg, 1 1/2 dl filmjölk eller naturell yoghurt</p>
<p>Gör så här:</p>
<p>Blanda alla torra ingredienser och finfördela margarinet i mjölblandningen med hjälp av gaffel. Lägg i osten och äggen som vispats upp med filmjölken/yoghurten. Fyll dubbla pappersformar till drygt hälften och grädda i 200 grader (näst nedersta falsen) i bortåt 20 minuter. Färgen skall vara ljust brun.</p>

Lukk lommen med tannpirkere. Dryss salt og pepper på filetene. Varm smør i en stekepanne og brun filetene på begge sider. <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Pajdeg:</span> 100 g kylskåpskallt smör, 2 1/2 dl vetemjöl, 1 dl riven ost, 3 krm salt, 2-3 msk kallt vatten, 1 uppvispat ägg till pensling</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Fyllning:</span> 3 ägg, 3 dl créme fraiche, 3 krm salt, 2 krm peppar, 5 dl riven ost, 1 dl hackad gräslök, 50 g salami i tunna skivor, svarta oliver</p>
<p>Gör så här:</p>
<p>Hacka ihop matfett och mjöl till en grynig massa. Tillsätt riven ost, salt samt vatten och arbeta snabbt ihop till en deg. Använd gärna matberedare. Det ger en fin och lätthanterlig deg. Platta till degen och låt den vila svalt ca 30 minuter.</p>
<p>Kavla ut degen på mjölat bakbord till en stor rund platta. Klä en osmord pajform, ca 27-28 cm i diameter, med degen. Om du rullar upp degen på kaveln, så går det lättare att föra över degen till formen. Klä även formens kant med deg och vik om kanten. Skär bort överflödig deg och jämna till kanten. Nagga pajbotten lätt med en gaffel för att degen inte ska bubbla sig. Pensla pajskalet med uppvispat ägg och förgrädda i ugn (200 grader), ca 8-10 minuter. Låt svalna något.</p>
<p>Vispa ihop ägg och crème fraiche till en slät blandning. Tillsätt kryddor. Bred ut den rivna osten i det förgräddade pajskalet. Strö över gräslök och häll över äggblandningen. Grädda i ugn (200 grader) i cirka 25 minuter eller tills fyllningen har stelnat. Prova med en sticka. Tag ut ur ugnen och lägg salamiskivorna, ihopvirade till blommor, ovanpå pajen. Lägg en oliv på varje salamiblomma. Garnera med t.ex. tomatklyftor och servera med en blandad sallad.</p>

Nos queda una fusión interesante de influencias que caracterizan este disco. Por si fuera poco, la variedad tímbrica es envidiable: cuerdas, percusión electrónica y tribal, coros masivos, sintes analógicos (algo que no esperaba y que ha sido una agradable sorpresa). Resultado: muy bueno.</p>
