Nonprofit organization launches health care campaign - Tampa Bay Business Journal:.

Here's the scenario ladies and gentlemen, failure to address the health care issues, and to continue to allow the white supremacist fundamentalist Christian Republicans to destroy the health care in this country, will result in some very serious problems such as plague.  You'll have hundreds of people who are seniors and people who are not able to afford healthcare dying in their homes and dying in their apartments because they're not able to get adequate health care.  And that will then of course spread disease throughout the entire country and dad of course can't spell out plague.  And of course, if that's what the white fundamentalist Christian Republicans want.  And they're doing a good job of mass murdering anybody who's not as good as they are because they're denying everybody in this country healthcare because they are so stupid and selfish they want to make sure they get all the health care they get what they don't want to give anyone else the same.

And this falls directly in line with the white supremacist Christian fundamentalists who are desperate to commit mass murder of Jews and Muslims and anyone else is not a Christian fundamentalists in the United States and around the world.  If the Christians really want to show how concerned they are with supporting the Constitution as a document that protects the freedom of all Americans, not just Christians, then they need to get behind this action that is going to give health care to everyone and not just Christians and not just the rich Republicans.  Failure to do that of course will be the result that will have a number of people dying in the streets dying in the alleys dying in their homes, and that of course will spread so much disease and contagion that the end result, or at least one of the and results will be plague.

So it's up to you, either you will smarten up and realize that it is in your best interest in the best interest of this country to continue as a viable country of human beings, or be reduced by plague as a result of your arrogant attitude to refuse to give health care to the people that desperately need it.  As I said before, it's all a matter of choices.

This is absolutely stupid.  The nation of Israel, on the one hand, to declare that they are pro-life and they follow the 10 Commandments, while at the same time committing murder the way they are, is not only an abomination before God is blasphemy as well.  As an American Jew, I want to inform Israel that the rabbi who raised me in the Jewish faith was none other than Abba Hillel Silver.  And, Rabbi Silver was the actual Jewish personality who spoke at the United Nations in 1950 in defense of Israel even becoming a state at all.  Furthermore, Rabbi Silver, was the rabbi who co-drafted the declaration of independence for Israel with Ben Gurion.  Furthermore, Rabbi Silver was also the head of the American Jewish Congress for years.  Additionally,  Abba Hillel Silver, and I were personal friends until his death.

Furthermore, I am a Sephardic Jew I am not an Ashkenazi Jew.  I am a Sephardic Jew.  And as such, I have never predicated the value, or my words, pursuant to my Jewish heritage upon any basis of money whatsoever.  If the Jewish people want to be respected by Jews everywhere in the world they need to understand that what they did to the Felashi, was not only reprehensible.  It was a show of open racism and bigotry at its best.

Furthermore, if the Jews want to be respected by the Jews you're the United States, they need to understand that the first step in doing that is by actually living by the 10 Commandments.  I'm not only read the Talmud several times, I have a copy of it here in my home, and I've studied it for 30 years.  The Talmud was written basically in the 1800s because the Ashkenazi Jews were under attack from various groups.  So, the Ashkenazi Jews went to the rabbis and demanded that they have a way to protect themselves.  The rabbis said that there was no way to do that because the 10 Commandments precluded any kind of killing.  But because the Ashkenazi Jews were so inanimate, the Talmud was written, initially by a group known as, the Hasidic Jews, for the express purpose to give the Ashkenazi Jews, the right to defend themselves, and to kill others, when they believed it was necessary.

And so, as a result of that, the town that has mushroomed over the years into this huge long dissertation that basically gives the Jewish population.  The right to do just about anything they want, when the Bible does not give them that right.  As a Sephardic Jew, I do not believe in the validity of the Talmud, pursuant to the Bible, pursuant to the Jewish faith.  I never have.  The Talmud is nothing more than the catechism, in that it is a way to circumvent the 10 Commandments and to allow people to behave badly to themselves and to others whenever they feel they want to have the right to do so.

Additionally, people need to understand that the Muslims and the Jews are actually related.  Jacob gave birth to two sons.  One was Ishmael, and one was Joshua.  God said to Jacob that he should not concern himself with Ishmael because Ishmael would be going and following another And would have multitudes who would follow him.  And that became the Muslim faith.  Joshua then went on to shepherd and found the Jewish faith.  But the fact of the matter is, that basically what's happening over in Israel at this time, is nothing more than a family feud.  And as such it is absolutely reprehensible that both sides become so rapid and religiously hysterical, that their religious hysteria is now destroying most of the holy places, and most of the value of that region has ever held.  And this is absolutely a disgusting abomination before the Almighty and an abomination before both of their cultures and their religious beliefs.

There is no justification for this under any circumstances.  We are a human condition of storytellers and writers.  Without this aspect of our ability to communicate with ourselves and with each other, and to be able to transmit our information to those who exist elsewhere, then we have no culture and we have no value.  For if all we do is simply talk to ourselves and nothing is really shared.

I never put myself above any one, or any Jewish person or anyone else in this entire world.  I have always said, that I am the least of all that has ever lived.  And that is true.  However, the energy that comes through me absolutely does come from the Almighty like it does with all of us.  Furthermore, I can tell you this point-blank, if the people in this world do not stop this religious hysteria where they're trying to kill each other, like nothing more than rabid dogs, then the earth will treat all of us.  Just exactly like that.  It is up to you as human beings how you live your lives every day.  You can wake up in the morning and kill yourself with hatred.  Or you can wake up in the morning and fill yourself with God.  Every morning I wake up I feel myself with God and I tell myself with a love of life and I feel myself with the ambition that I've always live by these 40 years.  You do the best I possibly can simply trying to be me.  And that means that I do not go out of my way to act violently or to support violence in any way, shape, or form.

If the Jews of Israel really wanted demonstrate how much they'd support the 10 Commandments than they need to grant to the Reform and conservative Jews in Israel the same equal rights of the orthodoxy demands to have for themselves.  There is no reason for Reform Jews and conservative Jews in Israel not to be allowed to practice a religion and not to be allowed to go to temple and not to be allowed to have any marital rights or death rights in the country.  There's no reason why the orthodoxy who claim to follow the 10 Commandments routinely pressed Reform Jews in the military service to have them do the killing for the orthodoxy who want the killing done but don't have the audacity to do it themselves.

My word, Israel is that the Jews United States absolutely love you and we support you.  The we also support the rights of all humans in this world to live in peace and to aspire to God, the Almighty, regardless from where that person comes.  God is defined in the Christian Bible and the Jewish Bible and in almost all religious texts the matter what text you read, as being omniscient, omnipotent, and omnipresent.  And that means God is everywhere.  And so that means that for anyone to be able to reach got all they have to do is open their heart, their head and their hand and their soul and to then to supplicate themselves before the Lord.  They don't need to be a Christian in order to worship God they don't need to be a Jew in order to worship God they don't need to be a Muslim in order to worship God and God made all religions and God made all faiths and God made all people and God made all thought.  It is how we as humans respond to those thoughts and those perspectives that gives us the choice of behavior and the choice of free will.  And so when we decide to act out in a violent and hateful manner and practice racism and bigotry.  That's not God's will.  Let us using what God has given us and mistreating those concepts and twisting those concepts and perverting those concepts in such a way as to demonstrate ourselves as negatively as possible.  And that's not of the Lord.

Like I said before, if you really wanted demonstrate how much you believe in God put your money where your mouth is and start acting the way God intended you to behave.  Each means you will not kill anyone in this world.  God never gave any human being the right to kill any single person.  It was humans who gave each other that right, not God.

Supreme Court Dashes Hopes for Justice Against Exxon | Corporate Accountability and WorkPlace | AlterNet.

This is another example of how the court, pretty much controlled by Justice Scalia, is making decisions regardless of the actual beneficiaries of the law, which are we the people.  It is also example of how the Supreme Court is violating their own oath of office.  For it is against the law for the Supreme Court to make any decision, and/or adjudicate any case, pursuant to giving, and/or granting rights to anyone other than the actual beneficiaries of the Constitution.  And the actual beneficiaries of the Constitution, are we the people.  No organization, no business, no religious group under any circumstances, has any rights under the Constitution under article 1 article to an article 3 of the Constitution other than by virtue of the fact that people are the actual elements of those businesses, organizations or groups.  If people are not the actual elements of the groups, organizations or businesses, then those businesses, organizations or groups have no rights under the law.  That's the law.

So for Scalia and the other justices to continue to make, and/or adjudicate cases, whereby rights are given more to businesses than they are to the people behind those businesses that is a violation of constitutional law pursuant to how this nation was in fact predicated and based.  There is no reason for the justices to circumvent their oath of office and to constantly adjudicate cases, whereby more civil liberties, and/or rights, are given to businesses, than they are to the people who make up those businesses.  And the rights of the people of Alaska have in fact been violated by the Supreme Court.  And this is an indication that Justice Scalia, is not only lying to the court of the United States, he's lying to the people of this country.

And for those who wanted take exception please let me explain.

My grandfather, Maurice Maschke, was the national Republican committeeman for all northeastern Ohio, until his death.  Furthermore, my grandfather, Maurice Maschke, was United States customs inspector under president Harding for the entire United States.  Furthermore, my grandfather, Maurice Maschke, was one of the leading Republicans in 1932, who brokered the deal and made peace between the white fundamentalist Christians Republicans who are attempting to overthrow the government under President Hoover at the battle of Washington.  Furthermore, my grandfather was not only a graduate of Harvard University, he was United States Supreme Court attorneys as well.  Furthermore, the Maschke family dates back to the 1700s during the Revolutionary war.  And the Maschke family was one of the founding families of Cleveland, Ohio having known personally Moses Cleaveland during the Revolutionary war.

While justice Scalia likes to shoot his mouth off about how much he knows about the Constitution the very decision that he's making year where he is adjudicating a case more in favor with the business in the actual beneficiaries of the Constitution, which is we the people, clearly shows that Justice Scalia is operating pursuant to that adjudication pursuant to more political motivations, within his own mind, and decision-making process than he is operating pursuant to the laws of this country, which is the Constitution of these United States.  And such a decision-making process is absolutely forbidden pursuant to anyone in the Supreme Court.  You are not allowed, when you are a justice of the Supreme Court to make any decision, pursuant to any political agenda within your own frame of mind.  You are not allowed to make any decision in the Supreme Court, other than decisions that are actually consistent with illegal Constitution of this country, which is the law of the land.  And repeatedly justice Scalia makes decisions based on his political leanings antisocial homophobia and his religious hysterical behavior as well.  Furthermore, one wonders why it is a justice Scalia is allowed to have a family member who works for the Bush administration while at the same time he's on the court of the Supreme Court.  That is in fact classified not only by the rules and regulations of the Supreme Court, but by various federal laws, as a conflict of interest.

While the people in Alaska have been basically abused in this manner by the Supreme Court, they can take heart in knowing that it is only a matter of time before Scalia and the other members of the court who are violating the Constitution will be brought to justice.  It's only a matter of time, the people of this country are not going to allow justice Scalia and Mr. Bush to continue to destroy the Constitution while they go ahead and adjudicate cases that are specifically designed to them June, and/or impeach the civil liberties of the legal beneficiaries of the Constitution, which is not Exxon, which is not any white fundamentalist Christian, but is collectively, we the people.

And as I said before, it's only a matter of time before, justice Scalia, Mr. Bush and all the white supremacist fundamentalist Christians and the white supremacist on those Christian Republicans are all brought to trial before the court and shown for their activity as being enemies of the Constitution, enemies of the people of this country and enemies of the United States as well.  It's only a matter of time.  Everyone in this country took an oath to protect and defend the Constitution.  That doesn't mean we're required to simply talk about it.  We are required as American citizens to demonstrate our patriotism, and our support for the Constitution every single day with everything we do.  To do anything less is to disavow our support for the Constitution and to proclaim that we do not support the law of this country and we do not support the Constitution.  And the United States is not a nation that is known for its religion.  But people do not look to the United States as a beacon of hope because of our religious hysteria and I religious prejudice.  That is not what people admired United States.  People have admired United States for only one small piece of paper.  And this piece of paper has a series of rules and regulations on it.  And that is a paper is the Constitution of the United States.  That is the beacon of hope that people look to when they try to reason out how to build their own countries and how to emulate United States people do not emulate the United States because of our white supremacy and are Christian hatred for Jews in this country people emulate United States because of the Constitution in the freedoms and the rights that espouses and supports.

If Scalia can't put up and shut up and start acting like a patriot like a Supreme Court justice than he needs to be brought to trial so that he can explain why he has the right to adjudicate cases that impedes the civil liberties of the people of this country when he is required to protect the civil liberties.  And it is impossible to protect and defend the Constitution when you are making decisions, and/or presiding over adjudications, that in fact the impeach or abrogate the civil liberties of the very people you are charged to protect.  You cannot protect the Constitution when you are actively working to destroy various aspects of the Constitution, because when you do that you are in violation of your own oath that you took as an American citizen, and/or as a public official if you are one.

As I said before, it's only a matter of time before, justice Scalia and all these other people who are committing felonies under constitutional law are brought to trial and shown for the terrorists and anti-Americans that they are.

1.  Windows Vista is too large.  There is no reason Windows Vista needs to be 2 GB large.  The kernel needs to be rewritten so that Windows Vista is no larger than 1 GB, which then would mushroom when it actually is operating inside the computer architecture, to nothing more than perhaps 200 MB.  That's about what Windows XP ends up being at any given moment.  There's no reason for Windows Vista to be much larger than that regardless of all the extra things are putting in. I've written tight code.  And Microsoft has written tight code in the past.  Windows XP is an example of type code that Microsoft has written.  So there is no reason for Vista to be so large.  Regardless of any of the lies of the propaganda that Microsoft is trying to put up on the market.

2.  Windows Vista needs to be unable to allow data from XP data discs, to be read on Windows Vista machines.  I have 10 thanks to David discs that have data on them.  I had to go back to XP, because Windows Vista under no circumstances would read any of the data from XP disks.  And that's basically because Microsoft wants to prioritize Windows Vista and forced people to go to Windows Vista, whether we like it or not and that is not only bad business, but it's being a gangster.

So if Microsoft really wants to demonstrate how concerned they are with the user than they need to open up Windows Vista code so that XP data can be read by the Windows Vista machines, which it currently is not able to do.

3.  Windows Vista needs to be able to network more easily with XP machines.  To not do this means that you're forcing people to go out there and buy all sorts of new machinery just to be able to continue to network with their machines.  That is not only unfair, it is absolutely belligerent in the marketplace because you're forcing small businesses and midsize businesses and mom-and-pop businesses who don't have a lot of money to go out there and spend huge amounts of money to convert all of their machines and all other data files to Windows Vista, which can cost of several thousands of dollars.  And in today's market with today's money that's not only impractical it absolutely asinine.  So if Microsoft wants to go ahead and actually pushed their Windows Vista on the market they need to make program smaller.  They need to make a program tighter.  And they need to allow Windows XP sheens the more easily networked with Windows Vista.  In the one year that I had Windows Vista on four different occasions.  It took two different technicians almost 6 hours to be able to allow my XP machine in this house to network with my Vista machine in this house.  And furthermore, every time they were able to get it to network with the Vista machine that network was only able to be substantiated for not more than three months before the network eroded and they were no longer able to network at all.

So as I said.  Microsoft either needs to step up to the plate and make this correction to the Windows Vista whether or not you get a lot of customers because people aren't they want to use a program that so difficult to use.

4.  Microsoft needs to them Windows Vista so that Windows Vista does not take almost 20 minutes to shut down.  In the one year I had Windows Vista.  It took my Windows Vista on the average between 15 and 20 minutes to shut down at least once or twice a week.  On the average it would take almost 5 minutes for it to shut down before would then be able to restart.  That's too slow.  That's not efficient and note most people in business don't have that kind of time to sit there and wait for this very sluggish albatross of a program to crawl and the snails pace.  While he goes ahead and figures out how to restart.  That's not good business.  Microsoft can do better and if we expect Microsoft to not do better than work something Microsoft for what they are and not what they can be and that's been thinking.

5.  There is no reason why Windows Vista should take between 15 and 20 minutes to start almost every single time you start the machine.  I have bench test statistics showing clearly that the Vista machines.  And I have one of the fastest machines made in the entire world, by the Dell Corp., and every time I would start my Windows Vista machine.  It would take between 15 and 20 minutes for it to start and to stop processing before it even use my mouse.  And that's because of the indexing and all the other junk that is loaded and with Windows Vista that has made it nothing more than an albatross and a slug to use.

6.  The indexing feature of Windows Vista is absolutely an abomination is always processing in the background and its processing so much that it causes the other services to suffer and have a problem.

7.  Most of the software was able to use Windows XP will not work or did not work under Windows Vista, no matter what I did matter how hard I tried they were crashes all the time in a five-month.  I had over 980 crashes in five months and most of those crashes were with Microsoft software and Windows Vista.  So of Windows Vista such a good program than why did I have 900 and so my crashes in five months with mostly Microsoft software?

8.  The user account feature in Windows Vista is one of the most disgusting things of ever seen.  It's one of the most draconian aspects of Windows Vista and one of the most interoperable aspect of Windows Vista I've ever seen in my entire life.  It needs to be redone.

As I said before, Microsoft one to the techies here in the United States and asked them what they wanted a program and the techies Randa Microsoft is that we want this we want this do this do this do this.  And so Microsoft basically gave everything that the techies wanted to them and basically told the users to drop dead.  So you have moms and dads out there that are trying to balance their checkbooks and perhaps talk to family members around the country and they get a Windows Vista machine that is so problematic that they're spending probably 30 and 40 hours every single week just adjusting Windows Vista to keep it running.  And this is one of the main reasons that most of the users don't even want to touch Microsoft or Windows Vista anymore because they just don't trust Microsoft, because that's just nothing but a bunch of garbage to have to work that hard with a program to make it work.

Additionally, it can take almost 5 or six times for the icons to accurately show up on the taskbar

with Windows Vista, because of how horrible Windows Vista starts every single time and all the problems with the indexing.  Additionally, Microsoft is even caring about the students who are out there and trying to not only go to school, but are also trying to compile photographs and memories for their parents and for their life.  And at the same time have you spent again 30 and 40 hours a seen the Windows Vista program and making it run right by doing all sorts of adjustments which most of the students don't have.  They don't have the time for that they're trying to study the trying to learn to trying to build a career and get their overburdened with a program that was not made for the user but made for the technical people.  So technical people got everything they wanted, which is why the technical people are saying to us users grow up and put up and shut up and take what we give you.  And that's another reason the users are saying to the technical people like hell!

So Microsoft wants Windows Vista to be accepted they need to do what I'm telling them to do here in this particular Journal.  If they don't like what I'm saying to bad.  There's not many people left in the world are no computers as much as I do or as well as I do.  And for people to say differently they have to be 57 years old.  Like I am, and they have to have been installing computers since 1966, which is what I've been doing.  I've been installing computers and installing software since 1966.  So unless you been installing computers and software since 1966 and 57 years old and you have all the knowledge that I have you don't know computers as well as I do matter what you say matter what you do.  You don't.  That's the bottom line.  I've owned two companies on my own I've been a partner in for companies and I have a 189 IQ every 5000 words a minute with a photographic memory.  I didn't do all those things because I'm a jerk arms stupid.  I did those things because I've got brains.  Just because I mentally ill doesn't mean I'm stupid I've never been stupid.  I may be mentally ill and I may be difficult emotionally, or culturally or socially to be around.  But that does not make the stupid.

And furthermore I will not use Windows Vista under any circumstances, unless these things are dealt with.  I'm not going to do matter what Microsoft says I'm not in use Windows Vista, unless they make it compatible with XP.  I'm not in use Windows Vista, if I've got a go out and buy new machinery every two months or every six months just to accommodate the stupid gluttonous attitude of computer makers and software makers.  And for those who are curious, I have written tight programming code.  In deal as programming I've written code that's been in excess of 2800 lines long even 5600 lines long.  And I've made it so tight that it was seamless on the computer and I did it with floppy drives before any of these fancy computers were around.  So I know what I'm talking about.

I've installed computers and some the largest companies and small is companies in this country and were I wasn't directly involved in the installation I was always there is a consultant.  And that doesn't make me better than anyone.  Not at all, it just means I have more knowledge than most people and I'm not about to Lord my knowledge over anyone I'm using my knowledge and try to help the good community in the business world be better.  If you look at Microsoft and see Windows Vista for what it is and you see nothing but junk Vista is exactly what Microsoft is right now but that's not what Microsoft can be.  We the people, and the users of this country should be demanding better from Microsoft and demanding better expertise and be demanding better programs.  There's no reason that you should make moms and dads and kids are going to school go out and spend thousands of dollars every year or every couple years just to buy a new machine because you people in the computer industry and you people in the software industry are so selfish and greedy that you just don't care about how much money you make people waster have to go and spend.  That's not ethical that's not good business and it's not right.

And so, as I said, if Microsoft wants to really show the world that they're interested in doing a good job for computers than they need to change and redo Windows Vista completely ground-up completely.  If they can't make Windows Vista retroactively adaptable, and able to interface with XP in a network and read the XP data unilaterally then they failed.  If they can't redo the indexing feature of Windows Vista and tighten up the kernel so that Windows Vista goes into the operating system with only one getting like Dragon NaturallySpeaking does, and then mushroomed to what and IE 7 normally does, which is about 200 megs than Microsoft has failed.

This isn't about beating Microsoft in the ground.  This is about me trying to meet Microsoft half way and say to them if you want my money if you want me to spend my money with your company and you need to put up and shut up and start delivering a good product and not something that's garbage and don't use your propaganda and you're filthy public relations effort to lie to us the users about its a good product when it's not a good product at all.  That's not ethical that's not good business and you're not going to get my money to continue to do that.

We the users deserve better and we must stand together and be firm on this and force Microsoft to put up and shut up and start acting like an ethical business in this world or they might as well go ahead and get sued again.  And let's also ask why is it that in Europe the European countries were able to force Microsoft to divorce IE 7 from the Windows architecture so that they don't have to have IE 7, when they get Windows.  But in the United States the people of this country were never given an option because were not allowed to sue Microsoft and get that option, but they were successful in suing Microsoft in Europe to get that option.  So why are they better than us why is Europe able to get that option where they can have Windows without IE 7.  When we can't?

And that in itself speaks volumes about how sinister and evil Microsoft is as a company

And as I said, I am really ashamed of Ziff Davis for selling out the Microsoft trying to put a whitewash on Windows Vista when everyone who has anything to do with computers notes that Windows Vista has so many problems with it.  That is basically unusable at this point and that the behavior of the computer makers and the software makers to gather is absolutely reprehensible when it comes to how they are treating the user and forcing the user to continually go out and buy bigger and bigger pieces of machinery most of which the users don't have the money for in this market because of all the crashing financial problems.  And that again is showing nothing more than how reprehensible and how inexcusable.  The behavior is on the part of the computer makers and the software makers and Microsoft.

Give us some good products Microsoft or you won't get our money.  It's that simple.  You want our money deliver good products and good service and not public relation shows that not public relations forums and not whitewashing news stories.  Put your money where your mouth is and deliver a good product or you're not to get our money.  That's the bottom line.

Dollar slips against euro - Jul. 9, 2008.

As I've said before, the financial people around the world need to stop behaving hysterically.  And in a very openly racist manner.  The Kondratieff wave is actually taking place as were talking.  And this is another example of the Kondratieff wave effect taking place.  I'm not going to go on at great length because I've done that repeatedly in this blog and other blogs as well.  The financial people of the world with their wise up and understand that they are in the middle of a total market collapse globally, or they will end of suffering such terrible financial loss cataclysmic way, and unilaterally, that many of the nations throughout the world, and their respective currencies, will become so damaged, that the business contract basically will become changed forever.  And if that is the driving force behind the hysterical financial people in this world and they're doing a really good job.  It all they can do is go through and try to destroy as much as they possibly can to doing a great job.  Because the markets are virtually falling apart.

And to that new lady who came from banking to be under the Fed, she needs to understand that if she's going to look at the market using symptomatic logic that she will not understand what's going on in the marketplace.  Symptomatic logic is the last thing that the financial world needs at this point.  Symptomatic logic, as I've said before, is logic that is primarily three-dimensional, linear, and reactionary.  And as a result of symptomatic logic primarily looks at all of the immediate elements pursuant to any condition that exists at that time and as a reactionary position, philosophically, and/or logically, as a prospective, as it relates to dealing with that circumstance..

What is needed at this point of course is problematic logic.  Problematic logic is multidimensionally defined, and it is nonlinear, and it is anticipatory.  And as a result of that when someone is using problematic logic pursuant to any particular condition, they are not only looking at all of the elements that are part of any given circumstance at the moment of death circumstances happening; but they are also looking at all the elements that are feeding that circumstance pursuant to potential future manifestations of that circumstance.  And this is as a result of problematic logic being multidimensional, which means basically that it looks in many different directions and many different aspects of the logical argument pursuant to what someone is being confronted with, and anyone given moment in time.

Unfortunately most of the financial idiots in the world who claim to be financial geniuses aren't really smart at all.  Because most of them are using symptomatic logic, which makes most of their decision-making and their thoughts and their abuse of the market quite linear or, what I call flat mind is thinking.  There is no excuse for this kind of thinking when looking at the market.  The basic problem that is going to exist as a result of the Kondratieff wave taking effect pursuant to the market at this time, is that you are going to look at what is called specie reallocation.  And that's basically where one of the currencies in one of the major global markets will be completely decimated to the point where it will no longer be able to continue.  And at that point, what will happen is a new currency will be supplanted with the old one existed.  And while it doesn't seem like a real big deal it is a major major deal.  Because when that happens, you have all sorts of cultural, and psychological, sociological, anthropological, ramifications that will result.  When people wake up one morning and the current city used to deal with the day before no longer has any value you can pretty well but the to kill culture is going to go fairly well psychotic within the next few hours.  So you're not talking about a a ride in the park your talking about a really difficult cultural roller coaster that people don't need to go through.

And the way for this to be able to be averted is not that difficult, although it takes a great deal of courage and most of the world leaders do not have this kind of courage

.  What you're looking at issue looking at total global price freeze.  The price freeze has to be initiated for a period of six months.  Or, what is known as to full quarters.  What you do is you have about one full quarter on either end of the two quarters that the freeze is actually going to take place.  Initially I said that maybe one month would be sufficient, but in light with how hysterical people are in the amount of panic that's going on to the world you're really going to need a full quarter on either end of the freeze quarters to two quarters with the freeze takes place, in order to be able to manifest the freeze.  And what you do is simple.

First, during the first quarter before the freeze you arbitrate with the different global markets around the world to initiate the freeze.  When I talk about price freeze.  I'm talking about a unilateral price freeze on all goods and services all throughout the entire world.  The prices are frozen solid for two full quarters.  The first quarter before the freeze is implemented you set up the freeze with the different global markets.  After that first quarter is done, and the freeze has in fact been organized and outlined, then the two full quarters, or six months of the freeze actually begin.  And during that freeze.  All of the businesses throughout the world and all the governments throughout the world.  They put up and they shut up and they realize this is what is known as a cooling off period.  This is known as a time when all the businesses in the governments need to put up and shut up and realize what's more important in getting as much money out of the market as you can, is not more important than sustaining the world markets as a whole.  If you do not sustain the world markets, you will not have any markets at all.  It's just that simple.  So after the two quarters where the freeze has in fact been initiated than what you do is you use one quarter or three full months after the freeze to begin to lift the freeze off.  And again you can't just flip a switch and suddenly open up the gates let everybody start charging again, whatever they want you can't do that control set to be put in place, because people are very very panic at this time and people are in a great deal of denial about global warming, not to mention a lot of other issues.  And so you have to lift the freeze.  Initially, partially.  And then what you do is you lifted radiantly after that, so that not the entire freeze is completely lifted at all.  You leave some of the freeze in place.  And this will have to be because humans right now are so panic and so hysterical regarding the marketplace that they no longer able to make really good clear judgments about what is best for the world market most people, most companies, are making many more decisions pursuant what's good for themselves and not for the market.

Now, if you can't take this advice, tough luck, because you'll end up getting what you deserve no end up being victimized by your own stupidity in your own greed.

This is more proof of how the white supremacist fundamentalist Christians are desperate to destroy religious freedom, and to demonstrate to the entire world, that they do not support the Constitution of these United States.  If the Christians actually did support religious freedom in this country, for anyone other than themselves, that would allow equal access, pursuant to someone else's belief, and expression, of their belief, equally in this culture, as the Christians are demanding for themselves.

This of course is not the case.

For in every instance what happens is the white supremacist fundamentalist Christians are demanding that they alone have more equal rights, pursuant to religious expression and religious belief, than anyone else has.  And point in fact here is of course every Sunday morning and Saturday morning.  The only programs that are allowed on television are Christian programs.  The Jews do not have any right to have Jewish programs on television on Saturday or Sunday morning.  But of course if the Christians actually do support religious freedom, then they would support the rights of Jews and Muslims to be able to put their programming on the air so that they could minister to Jews and Muslims who are shut-ins just like the Christians.  But the Christians have never been about religious freedom.  They've always been about religious supremacy.  And that's exactly what they're about.

Point in fact if the Christians of South Carolina demanding the right to be able to put their religious symbols on license plates than I am now urging all Jews and Muslims and any other religion in South Carolina to petition the state government of South Carolina and request that they have the same right that the Christians are seeking for themselves.  If Christians want religious symbols on their license plates let the Jews have religious symbols on their license plates as well and the Muslims and the Buddhist and the atheists.  And if Christians don't want to see those symbols of these other religions on the license plate that will be a demonstration by the Christians that they have never supported the Constitution under any circumstances and that will show the entire country that the Christians actually hate the Constitution.  They hate religious freedom and the under no circumstances want to give religious freedom to anyone else in this country.

So either the Christians will have to come out and actually show, by their actions, that they actually support the Constitution of these United States.  Failure to do so, will mean, that they will have to then absolutely, and categorically, to the general public, admit that they have always hated the Constitution of this country that they don't respect the Constitution of this country that they do not respect religious freedom for anyone other than Christians and that basically they are dedicated to giving as much money as they possibly can to continuing their mass murder of Jews and Muslims throughout the world and anyone else they'll consider to be a fundamentalist Christian.  And once the Christians are funny known for that the world will understand these Christians are very similar to the Nazis of World War II area, what difference can there be between the Nazis in World War II who murdered 6 million Jews and the Christians of today who are destroying every single religious place in the entire world in order to destroy the world as much as they possibly can so that there is no place that is livable or inhabitable on the entire planet except for what the Christians get for themselves?

It is not the individuals of different religions that I take exception with.  I never have.  I take exception strictly with how people use their belief systems.  All my life for 60 years I have been abused by different people in different religions claiming that their religion was better than others claiming that their belief system was better than others.  The fact of the matter is, I did not survival these years by being stupid.  And as I said before, while the Christians want to claim that they know so much about this country.  The following is completely true.

My grandfather, Maurice Maschke, was the national Republican committeeman for all northeastern Ohio, and was also the United States customs inspector, for the entire United States, under president Harding.  Additionally, my grandfather, Maurice Maschke, was one of the leading Republicans who stopped the governmental takeover in 1932, at the battle of Washington, when they right wing Christian fundamentalists of the Republican Party or having World War I veterans shot and killed on the Washington Mall.  Under president Hoover.  Additionally, my grandfathers brother, Dr. Ally Maschke, was the director of mount Sinai medical center here in Cleveland, Ohio, until his death.  Additionally, my cousin, Dr. Victor Vertese, was the director of mount Sinai medical center here in Cleveland, Ohio until his death.  Additionally, my father, Maurice Maschke, Jr. served with honor and distinction in World War II as a flight trainer, and an air traffic controller on the West Coast.  Furthermore, my father, Maurice Maschke Jr., and I, were personal friends with Dr. Bernard Kryle, who was one of the founders of the Cleveland clinic foundation here in Cleveland, Ohio.  Additionally, my father, Maurice Maschke Jr., and I, were co-owners in The Pioneer Linen Supply Company, at 3611 Payne Ave, here in Cleveland, Ohio.  We owned pioneer linen until 1975 when we sold it to the FW means Co. of Chicago, Illinois.  Furthermore, my father, Maurice Maschke Jr., was on the board of trustees, of both mount Sinai medical center and the Cleveland clinic foundation, until his death in 1994.  Furthermore, my aunt, Helen Hanna Maschke, was married for a period of time, to Mark Hanna, who was the founder and owner of the Hanna mining company, which became the 3M Co..

Additionally, the Maschke family dates back to the 1700s during the Revolutionary war.  And the Maschke family was personal friends with Moses Cleaveland, who was the founder of Cleveland, Ohio.  And the Maschke family was one of the founding families of the city of Cleveland, Ohio.  Furthermore, the Maschke family owned a ships supply store, at the exact location where the terminal tower in Cleveland on now stands.  And finally, my grandfather, Maurice Maschke, was forced to move from his home on Clifton Boulevard in Cleveland, Ohio, at the height of his political career due to the open hatred of Jews at the Christians and Clinton Ohio were demonstrating toward him.  He then moved to Guilford Road in Cleveland Heights.

With this kind of legacy, it is easy to understand why the Christians have hated me so very much.  The Christians hate Jews.  Furthermore the Christians hate the fact that Jews were so prominent during the Revolutionary war.  And all of my life these white fundamentalist white supremacist fundamentalist Christians have done everything they possibly could to lie about my family and to cheat my family and to cheat me.  They've done everything they possibly could.  But the fact is that these white supremacist fundamentalist Christians are now beginning to be shown for exactly what they are.  They're being shown as anti-Americans who do not support the Constitution under any circumstances except for having all the rights they want for themselves.

Unfortunately the very sad thing is, that these white supremacist fundamentalist Christians demanded that the Pledge of Allegiance be placed back into the schools.  And it was.  Yet, the very words of the Pledge of Allegiance show exactly how much these white supremacist fundamentalist Christians are truly hypocrites before the United States government before themselves and before God..

The Pledge of Allegiance says,

“... one nation, under God, with liberty, and justice for all...”.

What that basically means is that this country was predicated on liberty and justice for everyone not just Christians.  If the Christians are refusing to allow Jews to have their religious symbols on license plates in South Carolina, and the Christians are saying, by their own actions, that they believe that their religion has more legal rights in this country than the Jewish population.  And by making such a statement, the Christians are then disavowing their support of the Pledge of Allegiance, which I just stated above, and they're also in fact stating categorically, with their own actions, that they do not support the Constitution, that gives equal rights, and equal access, to all religious faiths in this country.  The Christians cannot have it both ways.  They can't sit there and scream and yell about religious freedom and at the same time when people other than Christians are asking for religious freedom suddenly say that those people don't have any religious freedom.  Because to them state that, or even to for it, means if the Christians are then stating buy their own actions, that they do not believe in the Constitution, they do not support the Constitution, they do not support the right of religious freedom that is 6000 the Constitution, and they do not under any circumstances want any religion in this country have equal rights or access to their faith other than the Christians.  And they are than setting the Christian faith above all other religions in this country.  And to do so, is not only subversion of the Constitution is in fact a complete and total disavowal of the Constitution.

And please let me remind you, the Constitution is the legal law of this country.  And the Constitution does not the still any legal rights on any religious group or any organization or any business under any circumstances.  The Constitution does does legal rights under article 1 and article 2 and article 3 of the Constitution to only one group, we the people.

The only way that any business, or religious group or organization has any rights under the Constitution is by virtue of the fact that those organizations, or groups or businesses, have people as the integral part, and/or elements of those businesses, organizations, or groups.  And without people being part of those groups, organizations or businesses, those businesses, organizations, or groups have no rights under constitutional law.  That's the law.  If Christians don't like the Constitution being the law than they need to come out and state that they want their Christian fundamentalist Bible to be the law the land and they want the right to go through the United States with guns and start shooting and killing anyone on the streets that is not a white fundamental is Christian.  They either need to get off of the pot, what they need to put up and shut up and realize that this country was predicated on laws not religious hysteria.

There is no reason that Mr. Bush should have the right, when he has never served in any global military conflict in any way, to force young men and women to go over and force in a war that nobody in this country really wants except for its hysterical religious followers.  And then when he does force these people to go overseas and fight this war and they come home Mr. Bush and the white fundamental as Christians mistreat these people so badly that many of them are taking their own lives and many of them are ending up homeless while the white fundamental as Christians do nothing but lying about this condition publicly spreading as much propaganda and filthy lies as they possibly can.  That is not patriotic that is not being a good American and it is not returning the value of service and honor that these returning veterans deserve.

I have never been able to serve in the military conflict, or military service.  But that's not because I did not want to.  It is because my spinal injury has precluded me from being able to do so.  I was drafted while I was in a 100 pound body cast at rainbow hospital in Cleveland, Ohio.  So there was no way I could go.  But I've lost a lot of friends from Vietnam.  I've lost a lot of friends from World War II.  And I totally and categorically resent, as a Jewish American in this country, the Christians taking a stand that they are better than I am just because they're Christian.

And again I urge

all Jewish Americans, and all Muslim Americans in South Carolina the petition the South Carolina government and request formally that you be allowed to have the same rights to Christians want for themselves if they want to have a plate saying I believe, well then, the Jews and Muslims deserve the same right.  And so to be atheists.  And so the Buddhists.  All religions deserve that same right so if the Christians want to be able to put a license plate on their car and say hi believe in Jesus will good than the Jews deserve to have a right to put up a plate.  And Moses and the 10 Commandments.  And if you Christians don't want to see those other symbols on the road that maybe they don't want to put their own symbols on those license plates.  What is fair for one, has to be fair for all.  That's the law.  And for anyone to change that law means they are practicing openly something known as sedition.  Not to mention subversion of the Constitution and both of those are treasonable offenses..

I did not live 58 years by being stupid.  And what Christians want to claim they know more than I do.  That's not really true.  With a 189 IQ reading at 5000 words per minute with a photographic memory and having studied Newtonian metaphysics for 12 years and religion for 45 years.  There's not many people know more than I do unless they are 57 years old and extended everything I have for as long as I've studied and most people haven't.  In addition, I've studied Latin for 12 years.  I also studied the Indo-European linguistic pool, or language will for another 10 years.  I've also created my own non-linguistic dictionary where I was able to accurately test the speed of information processing of visual images, and/or visual phonetic symbols, pursuant to information recognition, as compared to linguistic, and/or idiomatic symbols, pursuant to information processing.

I don't need to go on any further with what I've studied because if I do I will make many of you look very very unintelligent and that is not my purpose.  It has never been my purpose, what everyone else was rushing around trying to show how big and important they were how much better than everyone else they were I wasn't trying to do that.  And that is one of the things it's wrong with our world today.  Everyone so much concerned with the mindset that I like to call, I'm better than you.  And as a result of that mindset all over America everybody's rushing around saying I'm better than you, I'm better than you, I'm better than you.  And the problem is is that by doing that we've got a culture that is now so filled with conflict and hate and resentment contempt that we virtually are not able to get along anymore as a country.  And that is where Mr. Bush's failed the United States and failed the people of this country.  The president of the United States is supposed to be this a little fire.  He is supposed to be the one that draws this nation together as one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all not just the Christians not just a fundamentalist not just a white supremacists.  But Mr. Bush has done just the opposite.  He has literally and totally by his own design, fragmented the country so badly that we are virtually at odds of ready to blow each other apart and hate each other and we are on the brink of a cultural civil war, which is not happens in 1660 and it's been by Mr. Bush's personal efforts that this is happened.  Mr. Cheney has been fully responsible in his effort to try to divide this nation and bring about a civil war in this country because they are desperate for Civil War to happen so that they can start shooting Jews and shooting anyone it's not like Christian in this country whenever they want.  They are desperate to have Civil War so they can declare martial law and throw the Senate out and destroy the courts and destroy government so that they can turn this country into a theocracy in a dictatorship, because that's the plan that the Christians want.

They want this country to be a dictatorship so that they can heard of all the Jews and all the Muslims and all the gay people in all the Native Americans in all the blacks and put us in concentration camps and do exactly what Hitler did kill us.  And for people who don't believe that.  Just listen to the rhetoric that comes off of the Christian radio stations almost every day.  The Christians do not talk about giving equal rights, or access to other religions in this country they are constantly talking about when they talk about religious freedom, talking only about religious freedom for Christians.  There never talking about religious freedom for Jews or for gay people or for Native Americans or for atheists or for Buddhists or for Muslims or anyone else.  It's always religious freedom only for Christians.  And that says that they don't believe in religious freedom they believe in religious supremacy.

In religious supremacy is not what this nation was founded upon.  And how I know that?  I know that because my family was actually present at the battle of independence.  Back in the 1700s.  Most of these Christians living today were not.  My family was.  And the Christians are presented that all of my life.  Remember this, the Bush family came here after the Maschke family.  Additionally, Mr. Bush never served in any military conflict in his entire life.  Yet he's forcing young men and women to go over there and die for him in a war that he doesn't have the guts to fight himself.  Additionally, the Bush family owned slaves prior to the Civil War, during the Civil War, and after the Civil War.  And additionally that let's remember that it was Senator John Calhoun, of North Carolina who was a white fundamentalist Christian who declared to the Congress in 1860 that the South would never give up their right to own black people and to kill them whatever they wanted.  And the white funnel as Christians did not bring the black people over here to make them citizens, they brought them over here to make them pieces of meat and slaves that they could sell for $10 apiece.  My question of course is always been, what manner of God support such a disgusting and heinous activity to God's creatures?  For God made all life.  God did not make just the Christians God made all life, which means he made the Russians, he made the Muslims, he made the Jews, he made the Chinese, and he made the Buddhists he made everything in the entire universe and if that's true, which I believe it is in my heart since I died in 1968 and saw God; that means if the Christians are behaving in a totally anti-God and anti-religious manner in such a horrible way that most of what is happening here on earth is as a direct result of the negativity the Christians have been preaching in the hatred that they have been supporting.

And let's not forget that every single white supremacist group in the history of United States has been Christian by origin.  What is that say about the Christians?

And finally in closing let's also remember something else the Christians are 73% of the United States.  That means they don't 73% of everything.  It also means and 73% of the bad things that happen here are happening as a result of Christian activity.  And how we know this?  According the United States Bureau of statistics, specifically the United States Bureau of crime statistics of 2006, 15 .5 million women are murdered as a result of spousal abuse every year in the United States.  Furthermore, we know that 72% of the United States is Christian.  And that means that statistically, 72% of the 15.5 million women who are murdered are murdered by Christians.  And that relates to approximately 11 million women who are killed every year in the United States by pro-life Christians.  The Christians have never been willing to deal with this figure.  They've never been willing to talk about it and it never been willing to stop the practice.  So in other words approximately every 30 seconds in the United States another woman is being killed by pro-life Christian, all the while the Christians on the radio stations and TV shows are screaming and yelling about how their pro-life.  How can Christians be pro-life and they're killing 11 million women every year?

And every time anyone dares to talk about religious freedom for themselves if they're not a Christian the Christians immediately start going out and getting on TV and crying and holding a Bible sank leave my religion alone.  The fact of the matter is nobody's attacking the Christian religion the Christian religion is attacking everyone else's religion.  But the Christians never wanted take responsibility for that.  It's not that we're trying to take away anything from the Christians.  We simply want to have the same right of equal access and equal representation, pursuant to the Constitution, which is the legal law this country, that the Christians are demanding for themselves.

So this story of this poor soldier being mistreated by the Christian religion in this country is yet another example of how the Christians have never stopped in their campaign of mass murder and contempt and hatred that started originally with Pope Innocent I.  And let's not forget the burning times, the Crusades, the Spanish Inquisition, the European Inquisition World War I, World War II, the Korean War, the Vietnam war, Desert Storm, the Iraqi war how many wars are going to be enough before the Christians finally figure out that singing onward Christian soldiers is not consistent with the 10 Commandments?  If they want to be pro-life pro-life means being pro-life, which means you will not kill.

I have never supported the killing of any human being under any circumstances, no matter what.  I am pro-life.  I always have been.  I also respect a woman's right to make peace with herself and her God.  Privately.  So in that regard, I am pro-choice.  But as far as my agreement with the Almighty I am pro-choice.  And I do not support killing in any way shape or form.  Isn't it curious that these Christians who are screaming and yelling about how they are pro-life most of them own guns, and most of them support killing in Iraq, and most of them support the death penalty, which is killing.  And in Florida, good old Jeb Bush wants to put religion Christian religion that is into all the schools.  Where is equal representation, and/or access, my other religions in those schools?  It's not there.  And it's not because the Christians under no circumstances want to give equal access or representation to any other religion in this country.  Just like the white supremacist fundamentalist Christian Republican Party is rabid an extremely desperate to destroy the two-party system in the United States.  The Republicans who are all white supremacist fundamentalist Christians now, under no circumstances want to support any other political group having the same equal access to the political system in this country.  And to that end the Republicans are working as desperately as they possibly can to destroy every aspect of any other political party that dares to show its face in the political spectrum of the United States.

As I said the Christians have a lot to answer for.  Because so far, they are not only behaving not only is anti-American.  But they're also behaving is anti-God as well.

If Microsoft would allow Windows Vista users to NETWORK with the Windows XP environment, without it taking like 5 programs and about 2 and 1/2 hours to do complete, and/or set up, the network, that would be a step in the right direction. In 12 months, I have worked over 30 times to set up a network with an XP machine here at my home, between an XP machine and windows Vista. Each time, Windows Vista made the task so hard that it was virtually impossible for me to set up the network.

Additionally, the XP data disks were NEVER able to be read by the Windows Vista software…. NO matter what I did. So if I wanted to copy my old data from my old XP architecture, I had to first put the data disks into an xp machine, then do the network. And then I had to copy the data from the XP machine to the Vista machine. And that would take hours to complete, instead of minutes if Vista would just allow me to be able to read the data on the XP disks, which it, for the most part, will not.

So, again, while Vista has some good point. These are just 2 of the major points that make using Vista a total NIGHTMARE…

Furthermore, as I said, there is NO reason for the computer makes and the software makers to be working together to FORCE the average user to have to continually go out and purchase all NEW technology, for their home computer system, and to have to buy computers that are so large that they not only will run and entire city, but are so large that the average user will use less than perhaps 2% of the machine. That’s just plain stupid.

Vista does NOT need to be 2 Gigs large. It just does not have to be so huge and so much of a slug. It can be made tighter. I know, because I’ve done it. When I used to write in DOS I could make the code long and extraneous, or I could make it tight and run better. Microsoft has made the code of Vista so huge and so long that it’s like loading the back end of the universe just to get the thing running. And that, again, is just not good programming.

Furthermore, the fact that Vista is always indexing, to the point where normal operation is precluded a great deal of the time, causes all the other services to go completely sideways. And that’s unacceptable.

In today’s market, if we, as a population continue to DEMAND that the average user go out and continue to buy new machines each time the people of Microsoft get drunk with power, then the end result will be that hardly anyone will be able to by these computers. Resources are getting scarcer and the money that we all use is getting far more expensive. And we all have less of it. And for Microsoft to continually demand that we spend more and more money on their HUGE software, most of which is junk, is just so stupid that it’s not worth talking about.

So…

1. Open up Vista so that it will network with Windows XP machines… and not be a jungle gym of insanity for people to network their old machines with Windows Vista.

2. Open up Vista so that it will READ data from XP machines… and not force people to go and use and XP machine and then have to network the two, and then have to transfer the old XP data from the XP machine onto the Vista machine just to be read…

3. RE-PACK The kernal of the Vista core, and tighten the code… make the kernal’s initial load smaller so that the aggregate size of the kernal, when loading is NOT 2 Gigs… but perhaps 1 Gig. And then, make the actuated launching, and/or executable string perhaps no lager than the existing IE7, which is about 185megs. If you can’t do that, you are going to force people to eventually go above the 2Gig Ram platform that we all have now, and thus Vista will not work any better than the disaster that it has been.

4. Tighten the IE7 code. Take out the IE4 strings and re-pack the kernal of the IE4 code, such that the IE7 will not be “strings” of program code that have been “attached” to IE4, but that IE7 will actually have the upgrade to the new IE7 built into the code, instead of attached to it.

5. Reconfigure the search engine and the indexing so that it does not take up like 40% of the system resources when running, such that when it’s running that most of the other services are retarded. In other words, turn of, or re-fit the indexing tower so that it does not occupy so much of the system matrix, and thus cascade the system into being so top heavy.

6. Open up the code for Vista so that the running of old software is easier and not so closed.

7. Redo the user accounts so that they don’t like crash the system whenever anyone tries to use any of the other stuff you make.

Now, while doing these things may take time… the end result will be that more people will actually want to use the product… Of course failure to do any of these things will mean that most will NOT want to use the product.

While, personally, I have no problem using Windows Vista. The fact still remains, that most people do. And what’s more, most people do NOT own computers as large or as fast as mine. And most people are tired of the games. I will NOT use Vista if I cannot copy my XP data directly into Vista. I will NOT use Vista when there are so many security issues that trying to network is like running DRUNK AT A WALL…

I will NOT use Vista when starting the computer, just to start it, can take almost 30 minutes! I will NOT use Vista when shutting it down, just to RESTART the machine can take almost a solid HOUR!

I will NOT use Vista when Microsoft is Demanding that own a computer that is so large that the OS is taking up 1/2 to 2/3 of the HD, and the system resources JUST TO LOAD.

I will NOT use Vista when Vista will NOT let me use any of the old software that I have found to be usable, and that works.

I will NOT use Vista when it will NOT allow my speech program to function as well as it does on XP.

Fix these things, and we’ll talk. Give me action… not lip service. Show me… prove to me that you are worth my money and my time. If you want my MONEY then SHOW me… don’t push a program on me that you made deals with the techies … and basically told us users to drop dead!

If you can't fix these issues, then I’ll be switching to apple as soon as I can, or Linux. I mean, I am fed up, after about 45 years, of listening to programmers tell the public…”we’re working on it…”.  When I ran my businesses, I was never allowed that option… I either had to get it right or I had NO business…

So either Microsoft gets it right, or they do NOT get my money or my time, or my software. It’s just that simple… In today’s market it’s not lip service that we, the customers want anymore… We want to see the proof of the thing.

And while everyone is coming out of the woodwork to claim how good vista is, the fact is that Vista is SLOW, STUPID AND TAKES WAY TOO LONG TO LOAD AND WAY TOO LONG TO SHUT DOWN… IT TAKES UP WAY TOO MUCH MEMORY AND SYSTEM RESOURCES… IT WILL NOT PLAY NICELY WITH OTHER PROGRAMS, LET ALONE XP… AND NETWORKING WITH VISTA, FROM AN XP MACHINE IS LIKE JUMPING OUT OF A DAMN WINDOW TO SEE HOW FAST YOU CAN HIT THE GROUND…

I do not hate anyone… I hate sloppiness and lies… and If Microsoft wants to demonstrate to me that they are honest and a good company, then let them read and fix the foregoing… If they can’t… I will NOT use Vista… no matter what they say…

I have discovered a new ego bruising experience. No actual reason why this happens, but fair enough, so many times I have preached to people - Digital Social Networks esp Orkut are a fun, playway mirror of our daily lives, but the real problem arises when we start relating those tools with our real life and begin attaching our emotions and expectations to our virtual meetings. A timepass turns trouble for some. Should Orkut/Facebook/Myspace be avoided? Or is it the beginning of a new age desperation? Boy...this things tough to comprehend...Web 2.0 has binded people togather on a common platform but no ones ever thinking of the trouble that is following us..Wake up...Welcome to the new age dilemma.

Actually, from what I have ascertained, this is quite true. Microsoft has been so rude and Draconian about everything that they have done lately, that they are never satisfied with being just a good company, which they have had a lot of trouble lately illustrating to anyone. But they have, for many years, always striven to be the BIGGEST and the one that would literally destroy anyone who dared to say differently. And Yahoo is just one example of Microsoft’s intolerance toward other computer companies who want to have their own identity. As I have always said, if we allow Microsoft to destroy Yahoo, we all will be suffering, as a result of the rather serious deficiency that will exist when one of the most major elements of the on-line community disappears and is obliterated by the carnivore that claims to be a good company when they are more like gangsters and hit men who hate anyone who dares try to be different from them.

Microsoft needs to learn that they do NOT run the world. Regardless of how badly they want to claim they do… they do not. I urge Yahoo to continue to fight the Microsoft madness and to stand on their own. Yahoo deserves better. And so do we all… Do not let Microsoft push Yahoo around. Don’t let Microsoft push any of us around… It’s not fair to us, the users, and the people of this world. and it’s not fair for those who come after us…

If we as a population don't stop Mr. Bush and his white supremacist fundamentalist Christians from their continued extermination and flagrant disregard for the Constitution.  Then the United States will not be a nation of laws and the more it'll be a nation of a dictatorship, where most people will simply be killed if there not a white supremacist fundamentalist Christian.  And to say that can't happen again is like saying World War II and the mass murder of 6 million Jews never happened.  As a Jewish American I can tell you that this type of thing right now under the Bush regime is an extremely disturbing thing.  It's not disturbing for me since I'm old and am facing what I am facing.  But it is a sad thing from the standpoint that people who are younger than my generation are going to have to deal with this kind of heinous disregard for their civil liberties.  And as a result of freedom that once existed that America will not exist.  And if we allow this to continue only allow Mr. Bush to continue his campaign of mass murder and terror of the United States people.  And if we continue to allow the white supremacist fundamentalist Christians to continue their campaign of extermination of Jews and Muslims throughout the world truly on their hatred that we have reduced the world pretty much do nothing more than a dead rock.

Are the candidates taking security too far? The video below shows a 61-year-old librarian being harrassed and removed from a John McCain town hall meeting in Denver, Colorado. Now as I understand them, town hall meetings are where you meet the candidates and then ask your most probing questions of them to see if they are worthy of your vote. It is also suppossed to be a forum where you express your opinions to candidates to see if they are willing to do something about the issues that are most important to you. This video clearly shows the people in charge of the McCain camp and the meeting trying to stop some individuals who might have dissenting opinions of McCain from even attending the rally. They cite security as their reasoning for refusing the admittance. The police are then called and tickets are issued for trespassing at a public event! Is this Security or censorship? Are our politicians more interested in the orchestration of their gatherings than maybe having a rogue question catch them off guard? How are we to have a political process when the process is quelled. This video shows a disturbing trend with individuals who are obviously no danger to anything being ushered out of sight, out of mind and then to add insult to injury with fines and court appearances when they are performing a valid exercise of their political, not to mention constitutional rights. Last I looked, this was still the United States wasn't it? Did I miss a meeting?

 A CUP OF TEA SAVED MY LIFE

What do you do when you're confronted with a knife weilding thief? Why you make him a cup of tea of course. A 30-year-old Tokyo, Japan woman was walking along a corridor in her apartment building with her daughter on Monday when a man brandishing a knife demanded money. I hate it when that happens. When the housewife told him she had none, the man barged into her apartment. Apparently he didn't believe her. Hoping to calm him, the woman made the thief a cup of tea, whereupon he put his knife away and began a 20-minute monologue about his life. The dude had a Dr. Phil moment. Or maybe it was a Jerry Springer moment, we don't actually know what he said to her. The woman then gave the man 10,000 yen ($93.34) and ran outside to call the police from a pay phone. The guy should have been paying her for the couch time.  Police rushed to the scene, but the thief had fled and is still being sought. See, a spot of tea can save your life, quick thinking, a friendly ear, it's all good.

COP SAYS DECAPITATED MAN GAVE PERMISSION TO STEAL HIS BELONGINGS

I can't believe any one actually bought this load of bull. A  Caledon, Germany, police captain, Dawid Johann Jullies claiming that a decapitated car crash victim  had given him permission to take the floor mats and hub caps from the wrecked vehicle, was subsequently found innocent of theft by an internal police hearing when the investigators concluded that the decapitated victim did indeed give permission, contrary to the family's claims that this was impossible. What? How stupid were these people? Subsequently, a court agreed with the family and found the officer guilty of theft, sentencing him to 3 years in prison, suspended for 5 years. So in other words, he got off with a "don't do it again." However, Julies became the police station commissioner the very next day, or ironically, the head of the police station, despite having been found guilty of theft by the court. There's nothing like rewarding larceny. Yep let's give him a promotion. Somtimes there's just no justice.

Does the married couple have recourse to get their children back? I bet there's some lawyer out there willing to test this.

IT APPEARS SOMEONE FINALLY FOUND A USE FOR THAT ORDAINMENT LICENSE THEY GOT FROM THE BACK OF ROLLING STONE MAGAZINE FOR $20.

Ok, this may not be technically correct.  Actually, what happened is I received an email from Yahoo! Buzz regarding becoming one of their publishers.  Yahoo! Buzz is a social news site (similar to Digg) wherein users get to choose the toprated stories.   If you go to http://buzz.yahoo.com, you can choose from the most popular topics (based on what is searched on Yahoo!) what you think are the most popular stories.  The stories with the most Buzz gets published on the Yahoo! home page.

If you remember my post about Buzz a few months ago, I mentioned that the stories featured here comes from accredited publishers, but they may be opening their doors soon to other publishers (like us).  According to the email I received (btw, I subscribed to their mailing list when I first checked it out), the Buzz Team is "working hard to get the site ready for more publishers."  The best part of the email is this:

"...we will let you know as soon as Yahoo! Buzz is ready for you to join. We can't wait to bring you on board."

This is definitely good news to bloggers and other content publishers out there.  The traffic one can get from being featured in Buzz and in Yahoo!'s home page is invaluable.  That's why being featured in Digg's frontpage is such a coveted spot ( you just have to be ready for the Digg effect - sudden deluge of traffic that can bring down servers if you're not prepared).

I believe that it's timely to have an alternative to Digg because after being the top social media service for quite some time, many believe it has been the most deeply gamed social media service as well.  The so-called "wisdom of the crowds" is actually based on the opinion of the few power Diggers.  Hopefully, the Buzz provides a fresh alternative to social news and give more publishers a chance to showcase their content to a bigger audience.  If you want to be one of the publishers of Yahoo! Al parecer una crisis afectaría fuertemente el Internet en el 2009, y haría cerrar a muchos websites populares actualmente. Esta crisis no vendría de la mano de un problema con el fin de los IP’s disponibles, un crisis de los routers por un incremento exponencial del tráfico o un devastador gusano que colapse millones de servidores. Al parecer la crisis que afrontará Internet en el 2009 vendra en la forma de falta de fondos para las empresas que actualmente existen en la red.

Hasta la fecha todo, o al menos casi todo en Internet es gratis. Google es el amo y señor en la venta de anuncios en línea, y de esa forma permite monetizar su motor de búsqueda y sus otros servicios también. Pero según he leído en Silicon Alley en dos post que han llamado mi atención, uno titulado "Havas: La publicidad disminuirá, no ahora pero llegará" y el otro  "Yahoo: Presupuestos de publicidad estancados, se espera caída en el 2009", ambos post describen el mismo escenario, la reducción drástica de la publicidad en línea y ambos se basan en fuentes distintas. Básicamente lo que se sabe es que los presupuestos en publicidad se estan ejecutando como se proyectaron el año pasado, no se han incrementado, tampoco se han recortado. Pero para el 2009 la actual crisis económica mundial impondrá recortes en los presupuestos publicitarios, de ser así la principal fuente de financiamiento de Internet se vera afectada.

Además he encontradp otra noticia en el WSJ (Wall Street Journal), titulada "La increíble emperqueñecida Industria del Capital de Riesgo"  que describe como las firmas que invierten en nuevos Start-ups se han reducido, eso quiere decir que hay menos interes por parte de inversionistas en arriesgar su dinero en nuevas empresas que prometen revolucionar Internet a través de nuevos servicios, lo cuál quiere decir que veremos muy pocos emprendimientos en el 2009.

Si la crisis económica no se supera en el 2009, como pienso ocurrirá, es decir 2009 sera un año malo, pero el 2010 sera peor. Puede ser que no veamos nuevos y revolucionarios sitios en la web en los próximos 2 o 3 años, y veremos como muchos de los actualmente existen comenzaran a cerrar sus puertas por falta de financiamiento.

En pocas palabaras, menos ingresos por publicidad, y menos dinero para financiar Start-ups, podría significar que el Internet que conocemos hasta hoy cambie radicarlmente. Donde es posible que el mismo modelo actual de "todo gratis" (porque es financiado por publicidad) se cuestione.
